So I initially visit this location about two years ago. At this time, I was having a problem with my two front teeth, and the dentist at that time made it seem as if he couldn't help me. Fast forward about a year and a half later. A completely different crew handled me and I couldn't be more happy! I'm so glad I decided to give it another try at this location because they were absolutely AMAZING! First, let me start of by mentioning someone that made me feel safe, made me feel welcomed, and comforted me in every way possible... CHRISTOPHER!! Chris isn't the dentist, but the way he thoroughly explained in every aspect was astonishing. CHRIS KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!!!!!! For my procedure, I needed multiple visits and every time I requested Christopher he came running, he came helping, he came with comfort, he could almost explain and critique better than I expected, especially for him not to be the dentist. Chris was so neat, kind, and welcoming. He's the reason why I'll always visit this Particular location. Thank you Chris, we need more than one of you at every dentist location! The sweet ladies at the front desk desire all the Accolades! They were amazing, kind, and also very knowledgeable. They wasted no time getting to know me, calling me by my first name, and assisting me with whatever billing questions I may have had. Thank you ladies for your hard work, knowledge, and kindness. You're the face of this location and you make it look amazing! To the two sweet dentist that worked on my difficult mouth ( Jennifer Nguyen was just a fill in, but she is the one who gave me my new smile) I thank you! Thank you for all you do! I don't recommend this place, so for my appointment I called two weeks ahead to make sure I didn't have a co-pay, so on my my the day of my appointment I didn't pay nothing but it turn out I had 6 cavities so I decided I would just come another day to fix those. Two weeks later I get a letter from my insurance that I owe Brident $330 because the Dentist was out of network so I call Brident and I was told I had a balance of $174 that it was the copay that it was due that day of my visit, I told them that they told me that there was no copay and that I even call prior to my appointment to make sure there was no copay and also told them about the bill I got from my insurance, I ask to talk to Rosa the manger or supervisor or whatever she is and was told she was not there to call back the next day so I did, when I call the next day I had my insurance on the other line using my daughters phone well guess what I guess they realize they messed up so now they couldnt find no bill, yes they made a decision to a put a Dr out of network to check me with out checking if it was on network and now the the Dentist I went to see says I have just two cavities not 6 like I was told at Brident so never again will I go there!!! read more

I used to work her for a couple months. Everything was great because I was freshly graduated learning from a skilled doctor. I had my window broken in my car and my purse stolen in broad daylight, come to find out their cameras do no work. They are not very understanding either, I was not feeling good prior to coming back from a cold ( with a note ) but I knew I couldn't leave because of the " 90 day probation period blah blah blah". I had hot/cold sweats and was tearing up due to being so uncomfortable. Although, My Dr. noticed this and talked to my manager explaining it isn't a good idea for someone ill to be working in a healthcare office near kids, the elderly, anyone susceptible etc. especially working in someone's mouth/ face area. So my Dr sent me home. I ended up coming back 2 days later with a false covid test and a note explaining I was seen. I was tired and drained of energy but I couldn't miss anymore work. My manager sees me and calls my corporate boss to come in and give me not one, but two write ups. Explaining that "I looked ill" and that "this is my second time in one week without a excuse". What bs. My Dr.'s told me I was the most open and motivated assistant. They admired how I always asked questions striving to be the best assistant I could be. I have encountered external trauma during the period I worked there including death and almost my own death, and all they cared about was money. They are money hungry and a drama filled office. I am not bilingual but I know enough to know when my own manager talks mess about me. I was very nice, always telling the staff "bye drive safe" when leaving to get a pitty "bye". I over worked my ass off picking up other co-worker's slack by closing time. Swept and mopped every day even when it wasn't my duty of the week. They had unlicensed dental assistants working there as well. Some never even went to school unlike me. I also know that the N2O was abused. It is a very sketchy place that does not care for it's workers nor patients. Only the Dr.'s care for their patients. Rosa (manager) is rude and never liked me from the start of my externship. Never communicated back with me, very short responses with no eye contact. Sometimes she wouldn't even give me a response until I started to walk away. Very unprofessional. Christy is nice, Noemi also appeared to be nice (front desk ladies). The only reason why this place has so many good google reviews is because they pass out cards explaining to leave a good review. Kinda like a hole punch discount card scheme. I don't recommend this place they have homeless people take shits on the door step and in the dumpster area. Never answer the phones I'm not understanding how I called 4 times in a row & no pick up ? you are literally sitting by the phones multiple of them ... and after reading the reviews idk why I came here to get my work done. Never again I just want my check up after they did this wisdom teeth work to my mouth it's been 2 weeks and I still have pain and blood in my mouth I'm confused ? after 2 WEEKS LITERALLY ? smh all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and I'm in horrible pain and when I got in contact with the one who did the work all was said was to take over the counter Tylenol ? I'm sorry if I don't want to have to keep popping pills all day to just enjoy my day without pain .... especially behind something that shouldn't still hurt ! THE HELL no check appointment was offered yet I'm calling to try & book one no answer So damn crazy ! IF I COULD I WOULD RATE IT 0 !!! BEWARE!! My 3 children have used this dentist for a few years now. Last year while visiting for their yearly check up I was told me son had 6 cavities and both of my daughters had 1 cavity each that needed to be filled. This past Saturday we visited a new dentist closer to our new house and was told NONE of my children even had cavities. The new dentist even showed me their x rays showing perfectly healthy teeth!!!
