My cousin ordered an iced nonfat vanilla latte though and she said it was the worst one she'd ever had, and if you know her, you know that she's not the pickiest of coffee drinkers so I believe her. It looked very watered down and it makes me wonder if they added ice before the espresso which is the wrong way to make an iced drink like this. Who knows, but long story short that's a very easy drink and to mess it up is not great. The long and short of this is that you might have an okay time here and you might not. Everyone in the Tristate area who travels moderately has most likely been by or in this McDonalds at some point in the last 18-24 months. The Management isn't great and explains the constant changing crew of employees. There are very few long term employees at this location. The quality and speed of service is bad. You will either be stuck in line in the drive through or lobby or parked in the mobile spaces waiting for your order. The ice cream machines are almost always "down for repair" and the story always changes depending on who you ask. Complaining to corporate or local management does nothing. The inside is ok. No ketchup to be found except behind the counter. The bathroom is always rough and you have to go by the employee break table which is chaotic sometimes depending who is on shift or who is on break.
