Summit cleaners is certainly not the cheapest in town, the quality and care of my garments is 100x better than anywhere else! The beautiful way my sweaters are tissued and folded snapped into a plastic bag, and the drive up is wonderful. They come out and load your items and run your card on file or you can pay other ways too! Awesome in yucky weather and quick and easy. There is a 24 hr drop off and pick up and it's super convenient if you have a customer bag and they also repair and stitch and other tailoring services. These guys charge a lot, and coupons would be nice, but they put the other cleaners in town to shame! read more

Ok, I have been coming to SC for about 6 months. The service, timeliness, care and value was great. Then beginning in April, the store changed hours, discontinued 24hr turn around times and reduced staff. None of this is insurmountable but the service has plummeted. They currently have 1 person working, clothes that were supposed to be ready on the new timelines are not ready, and wait times at the counter are pushing over 30 minutes due to the sole employee having to go from the front to the back to look for garments that were supposed to be ready. It appears the owner has decided to take the laundry in a different direction and it's not to the advantage of the customer. Do not go here. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! They lost my stuff and didn't even care. I was told my 13 items would be ready Wednesday after 5pm. I came Thursday at 4pm and they said my clothes weren't ready, then proceeded to bring me someone else's things. I dropped off all men's clothing and they tried to give me 3 pieces of women's clothing. I waited for over an hour for them to eventually find 11/13 of my items and there are still 2 missing. No compensation, not even an apology. read more

Dropped off 2/18 with ready date 2/23. Picked up on 2/26 not pressed and not ready 1 24x72" table runner. Another customer waiting 30 minutes as they tried to locate all her items??? Will not return even if it's 1 minute from my work location. What a mess..... this was my go to cleaners. read more

Summit Cleaners on Union and Research They do what they want not what they say and nothing was done as described, did not even smell laundered rip off of comforters we were told they would wash and launder it for 64$ and when picked up $33 and no explanation of what was done to it other than folded and put into a bag. Look elsewhere this place sucks. read more

i needed a dress done quickly and it was very dirty on the hem of the dress due to being in the dirt for pictures. Two days later it was fantastically cleaned and looked amazing. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful and the price for the cleaning couldn't be beat! would recommend to everybody!! read more

We really like this business. Clothes are perfect when they are done service speed is reasonable. Staff is friendly. Our dog gets a treat. We use the drive thru. read more

Good work, but very expensive and extremely rude staff. Just know that there is a drive-thru but you are not allowed to use it

This used to be a great dry cleaner. I used them for years, but they have progressively gotten more undependable over the years. I used drop things off in the morning and pick them up in the evening, over the past few years parts of my order were not ready and out of the blue same day turned into 2 days or a week when I showed up to get my clothes. This extra cost used to be worth it, but after today's lack of service I found a new cleaner who could deliver same day service. Sadly Summit fails to provide great service. read more

Took a pair of black jeans in to have them dry cleaned, specifically requested they be dry cleaned so I could keep them black. I picked them up and they were gray and the edges were all white, basically a pair of $125 jeans ruined. I sent an email to summit cleaners they contacted me, I called them back they told me that it was too bad for me, that if I had requested dry cleaning I would have to had signed a waiver. Rerun- I did request dry cleaning, pointing it out to the attendant, nobody told me any of this waiver, nobody offered. After calling, thinking they would reimburse me for the jeans, or even some kind of restitution and admitting "yes" indeed they had been laundered, nothing just a "I need to train my people better." So, now I have a pair of expensive jeans that I took to the laundry in good faith that I can no longer wear. So far, Colorado Springs has been amazing move but this shocked me. Next time full disclosure and maybe be kind, after admitting to mistakes, reimburse for the ruined garment read more

Alterations to stitch up a tear in a child's coat promised for completion 5 days after drop off still not ready 9 days after drop off with no answer on when it will be ready. Staff does not seem too concerned just stating they "are behind" on alterations. Not good... read more

Avoid if you value your favorite blouses and clean clothes in general. Had a horrible experience here. Bottom line: they lied to me after ruining 2 blouses. I paid for dry cleaning of 2 special garments (blouses) and specifically told them I wanted them DRYCLEANED but they instead washed/laundered the blouses causing them to bleed and shrink. But beyond stealing my money for a service they were paid to do and didn't do, they lied about it. Also on an earlier visit, I asked the counter guy (who looks like a total stoner) a question about their green clean chemical process. He immediately got super evasive and started acting guilty (even though it was a nonchalant question). I realized after my 2 or 3rd visit that: a) they don't actually clean the clothes he way hey say they do, and, b) they'll sneakily launder things to save themselves money. Still considering a trip to small claims court. This place is a sham. read more

This is the best dry cleaners in town. Even though I moved out of this neighborhood, i still use it because no dry cleaner is better! I wish they would open one out east! read more

Way too expensive!!! $17.50 for a blazer with a hoodie liner ridiculous I'll never go back

We have come here several times but this time was different. We found a Calvin Klein dress marked down to $24.99 from $136.00 at Burlington . It had what looked to be some type of oil stain on the side of the dress. We took it to Summit Cleaners to see if they could get the stain out. We dropped it off Friday and it was ready for pickup Monday. The stain was completely gone!!! What a save and a super deal!!! read more

I went twice, and both times asked that my husband's dress shirts be folded and not hung. Both tomes they were on hangers. The second time the swapped one of his shirts with someone else's. The did find it, but no one said "sorry". No apology? Well then, I won't be going back. read more

Have used this cleaners upon arriving in the Springs. I recently had 2 ABU's and 2 Blues hats dry cleaned and to my horror I was charged $31.70!!! Apparently they just raised their prices, 12.00 for a uniform is crazy. I guess it's time to find a new cleaners.... read more

I have been wanting try this place because they don't use the harsh petrochemicals that most dry cleaners use. I'm told they use a more natural method called GreenEarth. It was pricey, but as a first time customer I received a 20% discount. The items I got back looked brand new and the service was friendly, fast, and on top of their stuff. I won't be a regular customer because of the price, but I will be back on occasion. read more

Best cleaners around!!! I've been going to Summit Cleaners for 22 years and everything from my suits, business shirts, casual shirts and pants along with all other items have been wonderfully cleaned (laundered or dry cleaners and all have come out beautifully! People are always treated with a friendly face like Ashley and Janice! I moved a bit farther from them, but still use them for everything. I would never use anyone else. Excellent, friendly service, such nicely cleaned items, I can not say enough good things about them! read more

They cleaned my suit, but it came back with the permanent creset burnt on the pant leg. Plus, it came back extremely wrinkled. Pretty poor job. read more

This horrid of a place can take up to 56 hours to clean your bloomers! After 5pm means nothing!

All of the employees there are great and always a pleasure to deal with. They always care about me too as they are always asking how me and my family are doing. read more

Very disappointing experience. Was initially surprised at how expensive it was. Then when I went back to pick up my dry cleaning I found that only some items were ready and the guy was trying to double charge me! Won't be going back. read more

This is absolutely the worst Cleaners I have ever used. Way behind on promised times. They ruined multiple items. They keep offering credit, but what good is a credit, if I don't get my clothes returned in good shape, on some what decent time, every time. I am one to be patient and give chances, because every business can have a bad day, this is ridiculous that every time they are messing up. I would be a fool to go back there don't be a fool too... Give your money and time to business that deserve it. Summit Cleaner is not that one. read more

Once again Summit Cleaners has ruined an article of clothing. They must indoctrinate their employees to pass blame onto the manufacturers, instead of accepting responsibility. Luckily there are other choices to have clothes dry cleaned in town. I won't be taking anything there again. read more

If you value your clothing, don't take it here. After my wife's $250 sweater was shrunk and ruined here, I spoke with and emailed the manger multiple times and was assured we would be given a check to replace the item. We never got one. My first time as a customer with Summit Cleaners and everything looks great! I had accumulated quite a few items to be cleaned and really appreciated the generous 20% off for new customers and absolutely will be a return customer. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR SUITS HERE!! I used to bring my dry cleaning here once a week. It was over-priced but convenient, as its close to the office. They have lost me as a customer forever though. I had a seam come out on one of my suits. I brought it in with the rest of my weekly cleaning and asked them to repair the seam. They repaired the seam by using an off color thread and large stitches on the outside of the suit. They literally just charged me to ruin my suit. My 7 year old daughter could have done a better job, blindfolded. I would give zero stars if I could. I will be ensuring that everyone I know steer clear of your establishment. read more

Very fast and courteous service. The staff are very friendly, clothes came back clean and pressed. What more could you want.?

Very friendly, offered a discount for new customer and did great dry cleaning. We will be steady customers
