I've tried to review this place and it keeps taking it down, along with the other reviews- how telling. Here's my review from 2024:
7/2/2024- Final update: if you can afford to live anywhere else, do so. Or you can pay money to hear neighbors screaming and teenagers loitering around the properties/banging on walls and stealing stuff off your porch, police being called at least 3 times a week, and a pool you don't get to use that's filled with scum and algae. Abandoned cars sit here for months on end and take up parking spots, while others get towed weekly. You also need cashier's checks for everything- so inconvenient to have to go to the bank and get charged a fee just to pay for a parking sticker or anything else you can't pay online in the system. Also, interesting they charge a fee for valet trash when valet trash has not shown up ONCE to the property. When I first moved here, someone was moving out the same day as me, and this man literally turns to me and says, "Run. This place is god awful, see if you can rent somewhere else last minute." I should've heeded his advice.
Stray cats and raccoons roam the properties too, and I'm not kidding when I say that there is an actual dead cat carcass under our porch that we have alerted to management and it has still not been removed. Scum, trash, and dirty diapers lay near the gates of the lake, and it smells like a port-o potty whenever you walk outside. Our unit did get a new floor, but only after we had to threaten legal action because SLIME MOLD was growing in our den. These people do not give a sh*t about the property and it shows. It's summer and there's still fall leaves and garbage from last fall that lay around the property. Summit at Keystone is nicknamed "Some Sh*t at Keystone" by some of the locals in Broadripple. read more
