From the conversation and the situation, it appeared he really didn't want to be bothered with the difficulty or situation, instead of saying, "I don't want to do it," or " I'm not ready to deal with something like this," he lied and said, "Oh, we don't have anything available right now, but you can call this other place." Truly disappointing. I truly hope they edit this: "With over 50 years experience we are confident that we can handle about any job out there. We understand that if you need our services that you are already under enough stress so we make every effort not to add to it. We treat every job we do as if it's our own mother."

Con: Poor customer service. Front desk failed to tell my…read morepartner that there was paperwork to fill out & that the storage unit we rented was at a different address. Front desk person couldn't tell us which door to use to access the storage unit. The storage units building doesn't seem safe - there was an empty SUV sitting in the parking area the whole time I was there about 3 hours. You have to walk down a long hallway to get to your storage locker - I don't like this design because people could be hiding in there waiting around the corner to jump you after you unlock your unit. Pro: The price is affordable and they had the size and climate control option we wanted.

Apparently, thts what they call...just to LOOK at it. "Free service IF same issue, otherwise be more". At that point I took it to place in town. THEY checked the sunroof and found the DRAIN was blocked. Took an airhose, blew air in drain... FIXED. My opinion? Maybe look at the problem instead of taking the word of someone who doesn't know about cars?? And charging a massive amount of money to fix a problem that wasn't necessary. I won't be back.
