I called for information on getting help with towing a commercial truck and trailer that went down on I-49; I was pretty disappointed after choosing them for their good reviews. From the conversation and the situation, it appeared he really didn't want to be bothered with the difficulty or situation, instead of saying, "I don't want to do it," or " I'm not ready to deal with something like this," he lied and said, "Oh, we don't have anything available right now, but you can call this other place." Truly disappointing. I truly hope they edit this: "With over 50 years experience we are confident that we can handle about any job out there. We understand that if you need our services that you are already under enough stress so we make every effort not to add to it. We treat every job we do as if it's our own mother." read more

need a motorhome towed go elsewhere, pratts "we dont tow motorhomes" this tells me they also wont tow, uhaul trailers, box trucks. based on teh images on their website they only tow semi trucks. so basically just avoid pratts. read more

I have to say I got into a wreck and my truck was totalled and upside down I got a few broken bones but the wrecker was very fast in coming to the scene and getting my truck right side up but they took care of it for me and even refered a great body shop to fix my truck thanks guys I would tell my friends to use them when needed read more

My car carrier on my penske truck broke down on the side of the highway on a Sunday evening. The tire had inverted. Randy first came out to help, but that's when all our issues started. My car had the parking break stuck in to place, and we could not get my car off the carrier. So he phoned to have John come help. Both of the guys spent hours helping pull apart my car trying to figure out how to get the parking break to release. It was a hot summer day and stuck right off the highway in a bad spot, but they worked hard and tirelessly until we were able to get the problem solved.
