The Robbert target five units in three separate rows clearly it was inside Job now I'm not saying staff had anything to do with it. Maybe one of the renters? Either or the police officer said there was no video, one of the tenants that got robbed as well says there's no video (both officers and tenants say video cameras wore turned off when the robbery took place) yet the manager here is saying that there's a video but she won't release it without a lawyer. With the cops saying there's no video clearly they asked her for it. obviously I want to move. They have a lot of facilities. They will not transfer me to another facility unless I want to pay again. (Pay double for this month) You cannot get a hold of corporate , good luck on that. They pretty much don't care. Where the robber cut the fence they mended it with a piece of 2ft long bob wire line. There not enough of line to fix whole. Very crappy job. On top of this I had no clue I got robbed till I went to go pay my bill and apparently I was robbed four days prior. I highly highly do not recommend this place. Your stuff is not safe here they have cameras yes, but apparently they wore off the exact time the robbery happen. coincidence? Might be a jammer that did the video , however, I highly doubt somebody that's robbing storage units has the sophistication to have a video jammer. I only write this after i've been trying to fix the issue for two days now. Again you can't get ahold of corporate at all only person you can reach out to is management. Which obviously I did and got no where. With this said I would stay clear from lock away storage.

They trick you in with 50% off of the first two months and then regular rate kicks in. Which is expected right...but what's not expected is every so many months your rent is raised to unbearable prices and the only thing lockaway cares about is meeting bonus' the last day of every month. Meaning if they have to, they will auction your stuff off to meet bonus. They will harass you by phone every damn day. It goes on and on.
