Front desk person couldn't tell us which door to use to access the storage unit. The storage units building doesn't seem safe - there was an empty SUV sitting in the parking area the whole time I was there about 3 hours. You have to walk down a long hallway to get to your storage locker - I don't like this design because people could be hiding in there waiting around the corner to jump you after you unlock your unit. Pro: The price is affordable and they had the size and climate control option we wanted.
