We had a large crack that emerged over time because the shell had been damaged by being dragged when it was installed 10 years ago. Once they got the damaged section removed they found that the pool had never been properly placed or plumbed. When they removed the old concrete ribbon it exposed that the pool wasn't even level. All was repaired, a new Mediterranean blue gel coat with speckles was applied, and new pavers created a perfect border. We are very happy with the end product as well as the ongoing maintenance Splash is now providing. We highly recommend Splash for your pool needs.

You pay for these individuals to come check your pool and clean it weekly. They will come out for…read moremaybe 5 minutes and run their net around a few times pretending to pick stuff up, meanwhile leaving the bottom with debris everywhere. The skimmers poorly cleaned. Salt low light commonly low. They will do the minimum job to collect a paycheck. Pay close attention to the other 1 stars you see on here and what their common theme is. There is a reason for that. They do not provide adequate nor quality service you pay them for to service and tidy up your pool. Its just an easy way to collect your money while pretending to do the job. Fortunately, I have cameras and have been tracking the service for some time. If it were possible I would upload the videos here, but they will definitely be getting out to warn others what they will be getting using this company. In fact, if I were the owner, i would probably start doing surpise inspections on your workers to make sure they are doing what you pay them to do because ultimately it reflects on you. Im just saying. Fyi the owner is a super nice guy and ive notified them of issues multiple other times. The problem is not him. Its some of the workers not doing what he has paid them to do. It appears as though they are rushing to get things done as quickly as possible, cutting corners, and not being thorough. Im pretty sure the owner did not train them to be this way.

Mel came with her assistant. They dove the pool, as well as, checked the perimeter of the pool with the sound device and then checked the pump area and filter for leaks. They fixed several small leaks. Stated thed would come back in a day or 2 to complete the repairs once they had the parts. On Monday I notified Mel the pool still had a leak, though less now. She stated they'd come out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, she came out as promised, installed the pump area parts, as well as, she redove the pool and found another couple of leaks.. I paid over $500 for the inital leak detection service and was assured there were no additional leaks and they are unsure why my pump was sucking air . That turned out to be false with pictures, videos saying otherwise your incompetent! At this point, I'd rather of just had a have a refund of $175 I paid for the re-diag from doging phone calls to incompetent to the max I wouldn't trust them to add chlorine to the pool blocked me on Facebook rather than make things right do not use this company services

My husband researched and when he spoke with Rich of All Pools, he was confident he had found the company to bring our pool back to life. Rich came out and took measurements and spoke with my husband about what was needed and what we wanted. We needed a new pool liner. We also wanted to convert over to salt. The quoted estimate was a very good price for all that was included.
