Lina is the best, she really listened to what I wanted while being honest about any limitations. I believe the service I received cost $95-I did gel builder with tips, asked for medium length almond shape and showed her a reference photo which I've attached here. I'm so so impressed. The video attached was taken over a week later and my nails still look amazing! The salon is small, but that's normal for salons in Queens. I was able to make a last minute appointment on a busy day, I waited just a little bit and just had a great experience. I'll definitely be going back !!!

I always get Tier 3 or special nail art done and I spend around $130-$150 on my sets. It's quality and I don't mind paying for what I get. I've had almost every nail tech in the salon. But my main girl is Amaya (who is now only at the HON studio). She always takes extra care and time on my nails to ensure everything is properly placed and is built to last. She has never done me wrong!!!! When I get my pedicures at the Rego Park location, my regular polish pedicures are done so well that they will last months... my gel pedicures last for a long time too. Overall, all the nail techs know what they're doing and they do it really well. Everyone is always so kind here and the vibes are always fun. If you go in the morning, it's more calm. For mamas like me, you're going to want that extra calm atmosphere in the morning so make sure you schedule your appointments then. But if you're also like me and you end up scheduling a night time appointment, that can be peaceful too. :)

Space is inviting and bright but they are in the 2nd floor with no elevator so keep that in mind.

It's spacious and very welcoming. Secondly, making an appointment was super easy and the follow up communication was seamless. The prices for acrylics are standard (I've paid the same prices at other salons for sets similar). And I'm super impressed at the hand painting ability by Sia. She gave me the exact design I wanted in the set amount of time I booked (like on the dot). Top notch all around! 5 stars! I will definitely be back / making more appointments because I'm absolutely in love with my birthday nails.

At one point I visited the address listed and there was a sign on the door with another number and an "only by appointment" sign on the door. I called and texted the 347 number to which she responded saying they were closed for a week. I reached out again early Jan via text since that is the preferred method. I received no response. I then called to which she answered (miraculously) and I was ask if I'd called before (I said yes thinking that would have made a difference or expedited this process, nope) instead she responded letting me know that I would need to come to her with bare nails. No problem. She then stated that she was driving and would text me a "link" to schedule an appointment. She has yet to do so. Why the scheduling process is so challenging and tedious is beyond me. This however, seems to be her normal pattern of behavior (based on other reviews) which is very unfortunate as I'm sure she'd get more business.

We both picked the color we wanted for our hands and feet and were led to a chair. They were massage chairs which were very comfortable. She started with me first while my daughter waited. They did offer to do more spa services but we declined. The lady was a little rough with my toe. The edge of my big toe was red and slightly bit painful for the next few days but overall she did a good job. When one lady finished with another customer, she started working on my daughter's toes. It didn't take long and we were happy with what we got done.
