There is a little store to pick up supplies you may have left. We got ice and a st Augustine sticker for the cooler. The boat was very clean and in great shape. Was able to board smoothly with the nice ramp they had, we were provided safety instructions and all the rules of the water. We took it to mantras and spent the day swimming and fishing. Brought it back and it was just as easy to get off. A month transition. We have already given several referrals for the business. We will do it again.

He interacted so well with our two daughters who are 4 and 10, but was sure to engage with everyone on the boat so we all got a personalized experience. We saw so many dolphins and birds (the spoon bills were a special treat for us) which was our main objective. The boat itself was very comfortable and they were happy to accommodate our boat with an extra shade to keep my Mom more shielded from the sun. He also offered to take us out a hour earlier than the advertised time of 11 a.m. so that we could try to beat the heat, again to accommodate the older guests on the boat. Our girls had the best time taking their turns driving the boat and he even treated them to shark teeth after the trip because he heard us talking about shark teeth hunting and we had asked him about secret spots to look for them. Captain Zach is just an easy going guy with a lot of passion and expertise that he loves to share. Having that kind of person as our tour guide really made the experience for us. We booked our tour a week in advance. It was easy to find parking, and pretty easy to find the…read moreright dock and boat. Once we got there, we were assigned seats. Despite the booking saying arrive 15 minutes early or miss the boat, people still showed up after the time, and got on. We left around noon with approximately 10 people on board. We drove out to the inlet, and a bunch of dolphins were seen playing in the water. There was a bunch, we stopped and watched them form about 10-15 minutes, playing, splashing, jumping up catching fish. It was a good experience. We toured around for a little bit, seeing the old fort, hearing history of the city. The guides recommended restaurants near the water front, and returned to the dock. The tour lasted about a hour, in which we learned some history, saw dolphins, different birds, a few beaches, and a nice boat ride. For 2 adults it was $64, the tour guides were friendly, funny, and informative.

Unfortunate being I paid cash for the boat. Recap: huge selection, poor customer service, super nice salesman once connected, liimited product knowledge on vessel of interest.

LOSING $17,000 deposit toward added electronics. I even offered to compromise and take half of the $17,000 deposit instead ($8500) but the dealership owner refused. Instead, they pressured me to go through with the original boat deal to avoid losing my $17,000 deposit. They said they would keep the entire $17,000 if I walked away from the deal and that I would not be making a smart decision if I walked away.
