We had a great time with Boat Florida Rentals celebrating my fiancée's birthday for the weekend. We…read morerented a houseboat, a jet ski, and a pontoon boat and had so much fun exploring the area. Jet skiing back in the twisting creeks was a blast. We also too the pontoon boat out for some fishing and then to downtown Jacksonville for some sightseeing. Sleeping on the houseboat was a new experience and it was very luxurious. We had a sun deck for relaxing along with a grill for BBQ'ing. Boat Florida made the entire weekend easy and stress free. They provided clear instructions for all of the rentals and were always available to lend a hand when needed. For those who don't own watercraft, Boat Florida Rentals is a great way to enjoy the water in Florida without the hefty price tag of purchasing and maintaining the watercraft. We will definitely be going back again soon!

We finally got on the boat at 9:30 and the boat master was apologetic for the delay, that everyone had quit and he was the only person working and he had to come in on his day off. We asked if we could adjust the time to come back at 1:30 so that we received the 4 hours we had paid for and he told us that it was not an option because the boat was booked at 1:30, but that we could call and ask for discount or refund. The boat was nice and clean and ran well and we enjoyed our time on the water. However, upon our return I called to talk to the front office and was told that something could be done since we did not get our full 4 hours. My husband went to speak the man in the office and the man behind the counter was rude and unwilling to help. As he went to assist another customer, he told them that he needed to get them checked in so they would not get mad like the customer before them. My husband stated he was not mad, he just wanted a refund and not a discount towards another boat rental. The man behind the counter then proceeded to ask my husband if he wanted to take the conversation outside. This was beyond unacceptable.

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Always on the Fish Anthony…read moreat Rod Bender is punctual, experienced, and knows exactly what he's doing. If you're looking to get on the fish, he's your guy--no doubt about it. There are two sides to every fish story, and whether you go light or heavy tackle, there are trade-offs. Light tackle will get you fish--and lose you fish. Heavy tackle might get fewer bites, but when the fish are feeding, they'll hit a hook tied to a 1/4" rope. Anthony knows when and how to switch it up. This is, hands down, the most professional charter in St. Augustine. When no other charter would go out, Rod Bender did--thanks to the right equipment, quick thinking, and Anthony's expert use of radar. He kept us out of storms and on calm seas with perfect timing and smart navigation. If you're booking a fishing trip in St. Augustine, there's no reason to go anywhere else

BOOK WITH GRANT NOW!…read more We booked this boat trip out last minute due to having to reschedule all of our original plans thanks to Hurricane Helene and Grant was so accommodating. He's the owner and one of the captains that you can trust with his years of experience. Super kind and enjoyable ride with someone that loves what they do and just wants to give you a great experience out on the water. You can book online and pick your start time and how many hours you'd like to go out on the boat. You also have the option of a captained or non-captained boat (but must have an experience driver with boat training). We opted for the 3 hour sunset cruise and it was perfect. We enjoyed a 20 min boat ride before anchoring at driftwood beach (island) and lounged around on the water mat. We made friends with some locals and had the perfect view of the sunset. As it got dark we rode around the coast and had a beautiful view of downtown St. Augustine at night. This was a perfect way to end day 2 of our Bach trip and I will definitely be booking again in the future for the Christmas light experience. Thanks so much!

We are three women without any experience in fishing and a great desire for a tourist excitement. We wanted to look shark straight into his eyes and say....hello dinner. I guess in each of us there must be a huntress hiding under the skin. While on the phone Capt. Jason promised us to see various aquatic life and fresh fish for dinner. He took us to the inland waters as well as off shore. He taught us how to hook a bait, cast it to the water and voile ... the first shark was caught!!! He instructed us how to fight the fish and boy that's what will make your blood rush!!! The fish is really strong! We caught 2 sharks altogether but decided one will go back to the ocean. One rule in our family is... never take more than you can eat. We also were lucky to catch three red fish and a flounder in the inland waters. During the whole trip Capt. Jason took really great care of us making sure we safe and comfortable. He reminded us about reapplying sunscreen and when we were really hot pulled out a big beach umbrella ( the reason other boat's owners make fun of him) and covered us from the sun. He also entertained us with many local stories and anecdotes and shared his knowledge about the history of the region. He provides great customer service and is very generous with his time. Thank you Capt. Jason, you rock!!! Marzena, Basia and Ania
