The Buffalo Bills may have brought me to town, but Olive My Pickle was absolutely a highlight of the trip. The shop did not disappoint one bit. The store is clean, well organized, and inviting, and the sampling station is a huge bonus. I was able to try several different varieties before choosing my favorites, which made the experience even more fun and personal. The customer service was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to talk about their products and the health benefits of their pickle juice. I ended up turning my brother and his wife into fans after introducing them to it, and I'm pretty sure they're hooked now too. If you love pickles, fermented foods, or are curious about the health benefits, this place is absolutely worth the visit. I'll definitely be ordering again online and stopping in whenever I'm back in Jacksonville.

The other had almost no flavor. This was immediately obvious to multiple people. This is not a matter of personal preference. I contacted the company with a simple and reasonable request to replace those items. Instead of addressing the issue, I received repeated scripted responses hiding behind policy: "We don't have a blanket 'money back guarantee'" "If it's a matter of taste... we do not refund or replace" "We always stand by the quality of our ferments" I explained multiple times that this was not about taste and that one product appeared spoiled. It made no difference. The responses did not change. The issue was never addressed. They continued repeating policy while ignoring the actual problem being reported. No resolution. No ownership. No accountability. Just copy-paste replies. What's most concerning is this: When a customer reports a product with an "off smell and taste," the response is not to investigate or resolve--it is to deflect and minimize. That raises serious questions about quality control and how potential product issues are handled internally. This was a small, easily fixable situation. Instead, it exposed a much bigger problem in how this business operates. If something goes wrong with your order, you should be prepared for resistance rather than resolution. Based on this experience, I would be cautious.

I love how they try to make it cool to have your veggies in a pop form. From Kale to event Beets, yes Beets. My favorite from them has been the Pineapple Jalapeno and their Hot Chocolate flavors. As we all know the gourmet/hand crafted thing has exploded on the scene this past year or so. But I believe these ladies will definitely be around for awhile. I love finding kick-ass local businesses like this and this one is truly gold (or maybe Brimstone...)! While I've only tried the Evil Seed Signature Sauce so far, it is one of the best hot sauces I've had in a long time and I've tried a lot of the 'devil's love-juice' in my lifetime. The color is crazy (greenish black) and it's hot enough to give you a kick without making your food inedible. And unlike a lot of hot sauces, this one has great flavor even through the heat. I'm looking forward to trying the other stuff they have so I might have to head down to the RAM this weekend. I arrived at roughly 10:00 AM, and found her tent. I sampled all the items she was selling including bean dip, pico and guacamole. I loved them all and purchased the trifecta, one of each. I enjoyed the bean dip with pita crackers. Several videos I've seen on IG show the Pico Princess hand selecting each bean for this dip. It was seasoned well and had much more flavor than other bean dips I've tried. I used the pico on various food items to bring them to life. And the guacamole was creamy and delicious! If you like any of the items I mentioned, you must stop by one of the many farmers markets in the Jacksonville area and try the Pico Princess for yourself!
