It was hot and wonderful. Everything about the dish. Every bite was fantastic. My friend got the burrito and also raved about how good it was. We both had enough for another meal that we brought home with us. The service was attentive and efficient. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for authentic Mexican food reasonably priced and kid friendly. They also have specials they run Mon-Friday.

Local ingredients are used whenever possible, especially when we are at farmer's markets! I love to go shopping before the market gets going and utilize some of the treats of other vendors. Was tough making our choices but the special this pizza truck had sounded so good! It was called Twister and the part that got us was the peach whiskey BBQ sauce and it tasted so good. Service was great as we were greeted with an enthusiastic smile. Also the pizza was made extremely quick and was perfect eating temperature when I got it. The cheese pull was to perfection and each and every bite made me want to go back for another. The pizzas are personal sized and priced well for the value I believe. I would like to return and try some other toppings in the future as well. Well made pizzas with plenty of toppings and delicious crust. Also for those who may need it they do offer gluten free option. If you are a fan of pizza and come across this truck give it a try. Friendly and fast service with a tasty pizza.

They are a cash only operation but they do have a small ATM built-in into the trailer. It's a gravel parking lot with picnic tables. There is a porta potty on site as well. They serve a variety of fried food and seafood. Along with several sandwich options. They have a sign on the trailer that explains it's not fast food. We were the fourth order in queue and it took about 20 minutes to get our order. That was reasonable, in my opinion. Our food was tasty and hot!! They don't season their French fries but you can use their salt, pepper & seasoning shakers at the window. There is no covered seating so if it's raining, one would likely stay in their vehicle to eat. There was a steady stream of customers placing orders We can't wait to go back!!!

I ordered to go and the staff was friendly with the small time I spent interacting with them. The establishment smells great when you walk in. I ordered a half rack of ribs, the pulled pork and their bacon cheese burger. The ribs had a nice smoke flavor to it, but the fat was not fully rendered down so sit was a bit chewy. The pulled pork was a bit on the dry side and needed some sauce to help rehydrate it. The coleslaw and potato salad along with the cornbread were actually the highlight of the meal. The burger was was good too and hd no complaints about that. I am sure to get the true BBQ experience you need to eat-in, but I was not as impressed with them as I have with some of their competitors.
