It was hot and wonderful. Everything about the dish. Every bite was fantastic. My friend got the burrito and also raved about how good it was. We both had enough for another meal that we brought home with us. The service was attentive and efficient. I ordered a half rack of ribs, the pulled pork and their bacon cheese burger. The ribs had a nice smoke flavor to it, but the fat was not fully rendered down so sit was a bit chewy. The pulled pork was a bit on the dry side and needed some sauce to help rehydrate it. The coleslaw and potato salad along with the cornbread were actually the highlight of the meal. The burger was was good too and hd no complaints about that. I am sure to get the true BBQ experience you need to eat-in, but I was not as impressed with them as I have with some of their competitors.
