I can depend on Vistasol for my appointments, labs, vaccinations and shots. They keep me current informed about my conditions with health and how to improve. I'm so glad they don't give up on me like I have given up on my health in the past. If you want to have a good family, Dr., this is the right choice to make . I never have issues parking. Waiting is about average based on what time you make your appointments. I like mornings when possible. She does a great job of keeping us abreast of our children's treatments, diagnosis etc. Kids are never really happy to go to the doctors office but somehow Dr. Kim makes it a better experience. Even though there is constant turnover in the staff they always seem to hire real friendly and courteous staff. On those rare occasions when we need a same day appointment Dr. Kim is accommodating us.

Dr. Monares examined my husband thouroughly at his physical and answered many questions my husband had about symptoms and pain he has been having for some time. Dr. Monares is honest and truly passionate about what he does because he took precious time out of his day to explain in great detail many things that other doctors would have no interest in doing. My family to me is my world and when they are in need of medical attention and I know Kaiser will always over look and only give us maybe 15 minutes of their time and send us home without a diagnosis I leave wanting to just go off on them, it takes a lot out of me to not lose my cool. My son has been a patient at Tendercare Pediatrics for about a year and a half, and we've always…read morehad a great experience with Dr. Aguilar and his staff. I really appreciate their appointment system and being able to get same or next day appointments when needed. Recently, my son had several days of fever, red eyes, and a rash on his hands and feet. I assumed it was hand, foot, and mouth disease, but during the exam the rash on his feet had already disappeared. Even though my son wasn't showing all the symptoms of Kawasaki Disease, Dr. Aguilar trusted his instincts, explained his suspicions and the urgency of treatment within 10 days of fever onset, and ordered blood work to confirm. After researching Kawasaki Disease myself, I took my son to the ER and shared Dr. Aguilar's concerns. They confirmed it was Kawasaki, admitted him, and started treatment right away. Thankfully, my son is doing much better and has no lasting heart damage. I'm incredibly grateful for Dr. Aguilar's quick thinking and for taking my concerns seriously, even with my son not showing all of the typical symptoms.

Dr. Aguilar had told me at least 6 months in advance that he would only be taking PPO, so I planned for it and switched my insurance. This also coincided with a life event which made sure I had PPO insurance before the change. To my surprise, when I was trying to book physicals and flu shots for my kids, I was informed of the access fee to book an appointment. This, on top of the co-pay, and everything else they submit to the insurance. To say I was angry, undermines the feeling. I delayed my kids' appointments until Jan 2026 and switched to a new PCP. My new PCP has had to request my children's records more than once, now. The price of health insurance has increased significantly and adding an access fee on top of that really adds insult to injury.
