Any time we have visited just for gas, we come out with other stuff, so be prepared to stock up on snacks. The inside is clean and the gas pumps area is also clean. If you're on this side of town and need to gas up or grab some snacks, you should check this place out.

To top it all off, I ordered a white gummi Jamba Juice made with mango, pineapple, and sorbet, and it was absolute perfection. But today was a different experience. I accidentally locked my Keys in the car with my child in it. They came to the rescue so fast and utilized all of the resources to help me open up my car safely, quickly, efficiently. This gas station is not your normal gas station. They have a little bit of everything in here. My favorite thing about this Sully's is the Smith's bakery inside. Yes I know, Smith's is everyone's reminder of their childhood in Bakersfield... but for some reason I never get tired of the champagne cupcake. It's my favorite here. Other than the goodies from Smith's you can find deals on the energy drinks and also you get a little small reward if you sign up and get a Sully's card. It's kind of a little coupon card basically. I'm not an energy drink person, but I'll get it from time to time for my husband or my oldest son. This facility is clean and the staff is really nice. My last visit here everyone was super cheerful early in the morning. Very nice way take start your day is to visit an establishment where everyone makes you feel like they are happy you came to visit. I probably visit this Sully's location the most from all the Sully's in town. Sully's has a reward…read moresystem, so if you visit any of the Sully's location make sure to use your reward points for discounts on goodies and gas. If you're like me and go to Sully's more than grocery stores then you definitely need to get on their rewards system, the process is pretty easy. They give you a card and you can register it with your cellphone so you can just punch in your cellphone number when you check out and instant discount. I love the gas stations that sell all products from local businesses. I think it's important to support our local stores because they are what makes our communities. They have all the goodies here!!! They have tons of small vendors and big shops like Smith's Bakery and Dewar's. I have even ordered a Smith's Bakery cake here before and that's super convenient for me because the next closest Smith's Bakery sells out quick. If you haven't ever visited a Sully's in town, you should check it out. You can pretty much find anything you're looking for here. Very rude service. I came in asking for help with the air filling machine because it wasn't working…read moreproperly and the Indian cashier wouldn't even let me finish my sentences or explain myself fully (I'm not white so I used that ethnic qualifier). He kept putting his hand up to stop my talking and kept interrupting me, like a toddler refusing to listen to his parent. He demanded I go outside to the machine try again and when he walked out and I showed him how it wasn't working, he said it was a problem with my car, though I use all the other machines in town just fine. I asked him for a refund and he told me to call the number and I've put in a request so other people don't have to deal with that rude service as I did. Hopefully that machine gets fixed but never going to this gas station again - and asking you all to choose another gas station too because this person has been at it for years

And they often charge different prices on the same item depending on who is as the register. BUT! All of that I can overlook in a pinch, but charging for items that I did not purchase is either a cashier scam or not paying attention. I can overlook one mistake, but when it becomes a trend, there's an issue. I let this go for far too long without ever saying anything. After reading the comments here and seeing that others have experienced it too, I realize that there is something going on and I need to speak up. Be vigilant at the register if you have to go there.
