She flat-out said, "No, we don't have the products to do black hair...WE DON'T DO BLACK HAIR." as if Black hair is some alien texture that needs special treatment compared to "Spanish" hair. They clearly don't know how to do hair as an cosmetologist would know that. I could understand if they said they were inexperienced but that comment alone was wildly offensive and discriminatory. This place clearly lacks professionalism, respect, and basic decency... Zero stars if I could.

Tammy was my nail tech and very friendly too and felt like we knew each other for years. I was impressed by the service and got a Gel X fill. Other places gave me a fill with powder or acrylic which Tammy said isn't correct. They also have an esthetician who does lashes, hair removal, skin tag removal and facials. They also have one lady who cuts hair. She literally cut this guys hair in less than 15min and he was out the door and it looked good. Parking lot is conveniently available at the shopping center it's in. There's also street parking available if needed. I came in with two broken gel x, needed a fill plus French tip and a nail polish pedicure for $76 which is a great deal. Gel pedicures are $29.

I believe that trying to manage multiple clients at once compromised the quality and safety of the service I received. I have no reason to make false claims or misrepresent what happened.
