I would give zero stars if I could. The lady ruined my eyebrows. When she gave me the mirror, I loudly gasped at the sight of my eyebrows. They were totally uneven and one was totally butchered. When I pointed it out to her, she looked at them as if studying them and didn't say a single word. Didn't acknowledge at all my concern. Just walked to the register. I asked her how much, she said $11. Shocked I said, "$11??" And w/ a smug face and raised eyebrows she said, "Yes." I gave her the $11 and told her, "My eyebrows looks really bad. I come here all the time because it's so close to home and the hours are great. I always ask for the older lady (the owner) because she just gets my shape better than the other lady. $5 for eyebrows!! They do add $0.50 if you're using card so make sure you get cash before. The also recently rented out the back corner to this lady who does nails. She might have people or her music playing. Not really an issue with me but just be prepared for that. Nope. I regret coming here so much! I came here because they open earlier than most other threading places which is a great thing! The staff is really nice, friendly and place is clean, but did a terrible job threading my already scarce eyebrows. Took too much hair out and did not trim hair. Terrible! I really like that this place is open earlier than other places. Plus I was there a few minutes before opening and was let in by one of the ladies and she started working on me right away. They were all pretty nice. Will totally be coming back. Just want to say that their address is a bit off for some reason on the directions it takes you across the street to 15 instead of 18. I've been coming here for over a year and im so disappointed with one of the ladies job (2nd chair/station). I decided I would get my eyebrows done by her and she completely ruined them. One came out the way I wanted in the other was completely off. It's completely round and short, when I had asked her not to round them, and when I brought it to her attention, she said oh I left A hair..... I'm like really A hair!?!?! What's that gonna do!?!??! It's always my go to spot but after today I'm REALLY gonna have to consider it or at least not allow her to do them anymore.... read more
