Suite Solutions is my first and only choice for extended stay travel. I previously used Marriott ExecuStay as my preferred provider until Oakwood bought them out. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the Oakwood apartment offerings so I asked around. Suite Solutions was highly recommended so I gave them a shot and they turned out to be the best extended stay provider I have every stayed with. I have been using them for the last three years for all my travels to the Washington DC/ Arlington area and will continue to do so. Service: Customer Service at Suite Solutions has been nothing but outstanding. All my needs, problems, questions, and concerns were addressed immediately. E-mails were always answered promptly with every question answered and service requests were always followed up with a courtesy check to make sure everything was addressed to my satisfaction. Every person in the office has been a joy to work with and has often gone out of their way to accommodate my crazy travel schedule. Apartments were ready as promised and, if I arrived early, available for immediate move in. Flexibility is one of their strengths not found elsewhere! Selection of Apartments: Suite Solutions has units in properties that I would gladly stay in permanently if I ever moved into the area. Once Oakwood purchased ExecuStay, it seemed that the number of apartments available outside the Oakwood branded buildings was significantly reduced. For those on government per diem, only units in the old Oakwood branded buildings were available. Remaining ExecuStay units were now above per diem. Suite Solutions has units in a variety of new buildings that are far above what others have to offer in quality and size. The units are nicely furnished with all amenities and, based on your needs, priced right for government travelers. Don't go by pictures alone. If at all possible, visit the properties before you decide and you'll see that the selection from Suite Solutions can't be beat. read more

My experience is just the opposite of the previous review. I received excellent service from beginning to end. This was our first time to stay in an apartment versus a motel and we will do it again. Every time I called or emailed I received an immediate response and my concerns or questions were taken care of. We found the apartment well equipped and very clean. We had a late arrival and had no problem getting checked in. The location was excellent. I called Layla the day before we were leaving to ask if there was somewhere we could store our luggage as we had a late afternoon flight. Check out was 11:00am. She did even better and honored us with a late check out. Ashleigh and Layla were both wonderful to work with and we will use Suite Solutions for our next vacation. I have been in a Suite Solutions apartment going on 10 months now and have been nothing but satisfied and highly recommend this company for short or long term stays! The staff have gone over and above my expectations and have made my stay as easy and comfortable as possible.
