A few years ago she decided that you could only give cash tips, no more adding them to your credit card. More recently she decided that you have to pay the credit card fees if you are paying with a credit card. Are you serious?!?!?! They are always busy...always. It's not like she is struggling to make ends meet. The fact that she is constantly make the customer come out of pocket to offset her business costs is just annoying. If it wasn't for my hairdresser that I've been going to for a very long time, I would have been out of here a looooonnnnng time ago. There are no perks at all. She doesn't give free samples, no gifts around the holidays, nothing. Just more fees! Now she increased prices on top of the added fees. One time I was given the wrong change. I didn't even realize until I was almost home and I had to drive all the way back because it was a full $10 short. The woman that answers the phone is not kind or friendly. The shampooers are always leaving you soaking wet. Ever since Ricardo left, they've been hard pressed to find a good shampoo person. The parking lot is tiny and an accident waiting to happen. Once my eyebrow waxer left (a long time ago), I decided to just stop getting waxed because the new girl did an awful job and I never bothered trying anyone else. Again, if it wasn't for my actual hairdresser, this place wouldn't have anything going for it. Hopefully the owner can start putting more effort into doing something for her loyal customers before she starts losing more of her hair stylists...and their customers.

My questions were all answered prior to coloring. My colorist (T) knew what she was doing and was confident throughout the entire process.
