They begin with an analysis of the scalp, which includes a pretty intense camera. Reminded me of YouTube videos of ingrown hair removal or pimple popping, and I was there for it! The actual service was relaxing. If I went in again, I'd opt for a blow dry afterwards. But, I was just going home directly after. To fully relax, I'd recommend comfy clothes--not stiff jeans or what have you. You'll wind up removing everything above the waist and they give you a wrap robe. If I could wish for one thing with the service I had, it would be a true scalp and head massage. Like, really get in there and squeeze my brain. lol Will I be back? Yes. Will I do things differently? She didn't greet us; she just told him to come on back. She didn't ask how we wanted his hair cut or styled, so I followed her back to tell her. She wasn't very responsive; rather she was very rushed and distracted and not friendly. When my son came out, his haircut was terribly uneven and not shaped well at all.
