I don't cause scenes in a place of business; instead I turn to these media. Cherice did a disservice to me and my hair IMO. My previous hair stylist placed dark black streaks to contrast the white that was growing over the streaks. Instead, CS made 90% of my hair length so dark that I felt I had to cut my hair length bcs it would take so much time and processing to lighten; adding more damage; something I try to avoid. CS IMO tried to not take any responsibility for the result; I study body language. This was telling me she had nothing to offer; IMO she left it to me to decide she was no longer there to help me, she offered very little. My hair transition took a horrible turn. This took me almost 2 years to grow now its shoulder length no where near my desired result; I lost 2 years. Disappointed is a MAJOR understatement. I spent almost $300 on 2 visits. I will accept some responsibility, but I CANNOT SEE THE BACK OF MY hair. isn't that what we pay them to do, to be our eyes? Unbelievable is all I can say without going. Karen. I would like at least 50% of my money back, that won't happen. I'm not going back. Period. "
