Nann continues to work on other issues which are showing improvement. Nann is confident, knowledgeable and personable. Most of all I trust him. I don't know why this lists me as from California. On a Monday, when I was running on no sleep, I turned to Yelp and found Nann. I explained my issue and he told me he could help me and even see me that same day. At the first session he reviewed my medical history, we identified goals and he walked me through the process of acupuncture. At the end of the session he recommended herbs. I slept like a BABY that first night. I've just finished my fourth session and my sleep quality is so much better. I don't spend hours trying to fall asleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I immediately fall back asleep. I'm so much more rested and energetic during the day. I highly recommend Revolution Acupuncture. Nann is extremely knowledgeable and really listens to you. He gets down to business and works to address your ailments.

I drove past it the first time. The only reason I found it is because it is the only business building in that area. Second, the massage room has a window with cheap venetian blinds that let the light in from the outside. The massage room is much lighter than rooms I am accustomed to. When I turned from my stomach to my back I was left squinting as my eyes adjusted to the light. Third, if you are the type of person who like to get their glutes massaged as part of a "full body massage," you won't get it here. When the massage therapist took me to the room her instructions were for me to leave my underwear on. This was a first for me, but I thought I would give her a chance. She massaged my glutes by pressing on them with her fists through the sheets and my underwear, if you can call that a massage. Then, when she went to massage my legs, she wrapped the draping tightly half way down my thigh. So the top half of my thigh did not get massaged either. I got the feeling she was paranoid that she may touch something she shouldn't, which I didn't understand since I had my underwear on anyway. The rest of the massage was ok, but nothing to write home about. She did do a nice job on my arms. If the rest of the massage had been like that she would have gotten a higher score. After the massage she did give me some stretching exercises, which was a nice touch. Overall I was not impressed with this massage and would not return.

I did not find relaxing the fact that I really did not want my pecs massaged and she kept insisting that was my problem. I acquiesced and it was not as bad as I thought but the disagreement on it left me tense. The table was warned and supported my legs nicely so my back wasn't strained. My biggest complaint is that it is extremely difficult to get an appointment. The hours she has available are limited. I do have availability during the weekdays, but even to get an appointment on a Monday at 11 am took me over a month! I have chronic neck pain and I can wait a few weeks but because the availability of hours is so poor I have had to start going elsewhere.
