The security guard was rude and overly aggressive. Lost his patience and made me feel foolish because I had to ask him to repeat himself when I asked him where I was supposed to leave my backpack while shopping. I've worked in customer service and retail all my life, managed retail stores, etc. and all I can say is this place falls way below average in terms of basic customer service expectations and I'm shocked.
