I had a really busy week coming up, so they were kind enough to last minute accept me not long before they closed. Getting measured was a breeze and they were patient as I tried out each piece and made necessary adjustments. The same applied when I needed to go pick it up. While I was trying everything on, they took the initiative to complete the checkout process while I was in the fitting room to streamline the process. The last bit is to return it, which I imagine will be as efficient as the rest of the process is. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a tux!

I initially found a ring online and fell in love with it because it was similar to my wedding ring which had to be replaced. I came in to see it in person before ordering online. Before coming I called to make sure the ring was actually available. When I arrived the sales lady greeted me and immediately knew I was who called. She pulled the rings out, allowed me to try them on. She then helped me with my purchase, she also set up sizing for me and gave me the discount which I would be eligible for the following week! I must commend her work ethic and her ability to work her magic to show customers their money matters. I unfortunately cannot recall her name at the moment but I will get her name and update my review when I return to pick up my purchase! She deserves her credit! I also stopped at the fragrance counter looking for a gift for my husband. It was busy but the women helping me were amazing, friendly and knew some good scents to let me try! They don't have enough merchandise to fill the sales floor. I came in here in search of birthday gifts and wasn't very lucky. I gave up on that fairly quickly and decided to just browse what they had. When I say there was a lack of selection they still had items from Christmas on the shelves. Imagine seeing Christmas and Valentine items on shelves well into March. I did a bit more browsing and every single time I passed the fragrance items I was pounced on. I am not one that wants to be approached until I at least looked. What I wanted wasn't correctly put on the shelves. Without any prompting, an employee was right beside me attempting to get me to buy. When I asked the price, which isn't completely marked, I nearly laughed. Then when it did come time to check out here for the few items I did find, there was only one register counter open. With one associate working the counter. There was a line and each of the people in the line had either multiple items or returns to do. It was to the point that I wondered back to the main aisle of the store to scope out if there were any other area open. When I did this, an employee must have been coming back from a break and asked me if I needed anything. She pointed me to the desk behind me and I told here there was a line and I was trying to get out of there. She didn't even head back and take off her coat, she just jumped on the register. The only bright spot in this visit.

Afterwards, she opened the box for me to see the shoe, however when I picked one up, she placed the box with the other shoe in it on the floor behind the counter. What kind of service is this?! Did she expect me to run out? Had it not been my husband's birthday, I would've left without purchasing anything at all. However I did buy the shoes, along with a sweatshirt, only to get home and realize she had left a censor on my husband's gift. When I returned the next day to have the censor removed, I expressed my discontent to the manager. His response was "sorry you feel that way, but it's our policy to only hand customers one shoe and to place the other one behind the counter". SMH. They will never get another dollar of my money.

Let me start off by saying how clean and neat this store is. I was welcomed right away by a wonderful sales woman, Grace. Immediately, she asked if I needed help. I thought about saying no, but what the heck. I was looking for something for my GUY, who wears extremely casual clothes, but on the right occasion gets a little formal. Looking around I noticed very nice 3 piece suits on very nicely put together mannequins. So Grace asked me a few questions about his style and his sizing and led me to some very nice shirts and sweaters that were reasonably priced. We looked through the racks and found 2 very nice pieces that I thought he would like. And to my surprise, they were under $30 a piece. Very reasonably priced for a store like this. Grace offered other suggestions for shirts and other items. But I thought I would keep it simple this time. Grace was so helpful to me during my shopping experience and I know there are items here that he would love. I am definitely coming back, with him to shop around some more. I am definitely coming back and I hope to work with Grace again!! She was the BEST!!

When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! Lol I also appreciate their line of Philosophy Beauty/ Bath items. I am definitely a Nordstrom Rack Snob and I can't wait to return back! This location is now in my Top 2!
