The property managers were friendly, responsive, and fixed the few technical issues we had on our side. I was also very impressed with the maintenance staff. We had to put in an emergency maintenance request at one point, and the staff was there within an hour. The whole issue was resolved that weekend. If the rent doesn't scare you away, I would say anyone would be more than happy here. And downtown Northampton was great to have so close by.

All of…read morethis after leasing us an apartment where you have to pay hundreds of dollars extra a year for AC units (not central air), the garbage piles up by the dumpsters, the raccoons and skunks eating the garbage sit outside your apartment door all night, the all of the rooms in the unit don't have installed light fixtures, the cabinets in the kitchen fall apart, the paint chips off the walls (note: they refer to the apartments as "luxury"), and on top of it all the man who crushes the garbage tells you every time you walk your dog that he owns a fighting dog that could "kill your dog." What even? They pay someone who threatens your pet? This apartment complex used to be full of families, quiet, and the rent was reasonable. My neighbors and I are quickly moving out - you see good families leaving every day. Even if you are willing to pay an exorbitant amount of money for rent, know that the apartments marked luxury are just "lipstick on a pig," the crappy structure just being given a fresh coat of paint (that chips).

Grown extremely frustrated with them not returning calls, refusing to talk on the phone and only email. Who are you to raise our fees when you don't own the property? This is a small property, easily manageable with my construction/maintenance background. Between me and one of the other owners with a similar background, along with the dozens of landscapers and contractors I know, we'll have no problem handling this property. It's real simple start doing your job or I'll make it my mission to have you removed from here and do it myself if need be. Seeing as though most of the management companies around here just wanna collect a check it would probably be worth our effort to crack them books open and see exactly what we're paying for, because I know plenty of people that wouldn't mind making some extra money and will do it at a fair cost. there's 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back because you people can't just do the right thing.
