We pulled into a tiny town, with no clue of what we might find there (we didn't find any thing about it on the internet), and drove up the main street and found Little Brick Ice Cream. We saw a sign out front that said, "Homemade Rhubarb Pie" and we screeched to a stop. Inside, an elderly gentleman served us up homemade icecream, made by his wife. They had about 15-20 delicious flavors. And I got the rhubarb pie. When I complimented his wife on the pie, he pointed out that he had made it himself, and that his wife only makes the ice cream. Duly noted. This place is exactly what you hope you are going to find when you go driving down state and country highways instead of taking the freeway. It made me love the middle of the country again!

The Reuben was unusual, the bread was grilled and very good and the corned beef and sauerkraut were kind of ground together.
