I'm very big on feeling comfortable during a process like this one and she does nothing but make sure the client is taken care of. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME: it does hurt, especially if you've been shaving. The area is tender and not used to the sugar. But I promise you, it gets SO much better after that first time. I've been here multiple times for a Brazilian but did not realize how amazing she was until I went somewhere else. Chandra is quick and precise with her technique and the hair growth back is fine. She has never given me an ingrown hair. Her technique consists of raking the sugar in the opposite direction of hair growth and pulling off in the same direction which seems to make a huge difference.
