It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian. Well, the first time EVER waxing in that very sensitive region at all. I'd never even done a bikini wax before. I'm genuinely shocked at how easy and painless my bikini wax was. I got my first Brazilian at a corporate-style waxing center, which was so painful. I ended up fainting, and it scared me to go back to waxing. I finally decided to try again and went with Gingerly Wax instead because of their reviews. I just started getting regular Brazilians again and had not been enjoying the hard wax experience or results from other places. My friend recommended I book with Caroline and she did not disappoint! I came here in 2019 and the woman that did my Brazilian let the wax drip all the way to the inside of my vagina. I literally had a rip/hole that took about 1.5 years to heal on it's own. When I complained about it, they did NOTHING about it. I wrote this back in March 2022. It is now near the end of Aug 2022 and was told they were going to follow up with me and call me back.
