Essy is truly one of a kind! I originally booked with her because of a glowing review, and I hope mine does the exact same for someone else. I was specifically looking for someone who did sugaring because I'd heard amazing things and loved that it's a completely natural alternative to traditional waxing. I chose Essy for my very first Brazilian because her reviews mentioned she was incredibly kind, walked you through every step, and made you feel completely comfortable. They were absolutely right! I was incredibly nervous, but Essy eased my anxiety immediately. It was all so new to me that I didn't even do the whole service the first time (IYKYK!), but I felt so safe that I came back four weeks later and did the whole thing. Now, I absolutely love sugaring and can't imagine doing anything else! That was about two years ago, and I've since added several more services to my routine. Essy has a way of making you feel like more than just a client--she treats you like a friend. If you're on the fence, book with her! read more

LOVE Essy!!! I used to only do regular hard wax and randomly booked a sugar wax with her and haven't looked back. It was the least painful wax experience I had ever had. Essy makes your experience less painful than what it already is (let's be honest waxing is no fun). She's always so friendly and nice which makes the vibes so positive during your appointment! Thanks Essy!! read more

I stumbled upon Essy and can't believe I didn't meet her sooner! I always go in for a Brazilian, and sometimes tummy trial. From amazing energy and vibes, to the least painful experience I've ever had, she will forever be my girl. Make sure you schedule ahead because she's so good so she's so popular! read more

Now that I have Essy in my life I can never go back! Ever since I started getting waxed it has invigorated me to feel braver, stronger, and more confident in my own skin. There's no better feeling than walking out of an appointment with a lil pep in your step because you're feeling yourself. Every time I see essy I am more and more amazed at how thorough, efficient, and genuine she is. She is truly so gifted at what she does and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to see her every few weeks. Her energy is immaculate and she's so down to earth and caring. I love yapping with her while she's doing her thang, it makes the process of getting sugared so much more fun. The space she has in hazard center is also so beautiful and chic. She has a forever customer and friend in me read more

Essy is absolutely wonderful and I will follow her everywhere for my sugaring needs :) She makes you feel comfortable throughout the experience and is such a fun person to vibe with during what can be a relatively awkward time. Essy is the absolute best. I had been waxing for years - maybe 6 years - and it's as if the universe (and the Yelpers who leave esthetician names in their reviews) - knew that waxing was never the right solution for me. And that's when I discovered Essy and her sugaring magic. I had never gone to someone who cared so deeply about what she was doing in the space of skincare/hair removal/self care. In fact, it was Essy who very wisely taught me that sugaring IS self care. Something I had never honestly thought about. She's so kind, lovely and I genuinely look forward to my appointments every time. I cannot recommend Brave enough. It will absolutely be the best decision you ever make for yourself. The space is so calming - amazing vibes all around. And Essy is just the best. Period. read more

I cannot recommend Essy enough! From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely at ease--even though I was super nervous and had no idea what to expect. She's incredibly professional, yet so warm, funny, and down-to-earth that it feels like you're chatting with a friend the whole time. Her technique with sugaring is amazing--she explains everything clearly, checks in with you throughout, and creates such a comfortable and welcoming vibe. I've never felt awkward or uneasy, and that says a lot when it comes to something as personal as hair removal. Essy is truly a gem in every way. If you've been considering sugaring, don't hesitate--100% recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and kind aesthetician who makes the whole experience smooth (literally and figuratively)! read more

Essy is the best of the best. 1000% recommend coming here. Great service, vibe and ambiance.

Whew let's be honest, no one bounces out of bed overly excited to get sugared. It's more of a necessity and a non-negotiable must, at least for me. That being said, because of that it really does matter who you go to and how your experience is because it's something most of us do every single month. I've been getting sugared for over 15 years so I've been to a bunch of different people and I can honestly say Essy takes the cake with the ripe red juicy cherry on top. I won't be dramatic and say it's super "fun" because you're removing hair I mean, come on. BUT it's the closest thing to fun I've ever had when getting sugared. Essy has this relaxing chill vibe that instantly puts you at ease coupled with a positive-vibey slash zen type of energy that makes you feel like you're at a spa, even though you're getting your hair ripped out haha. I highly recommend booking an appointment ASAP before she books up and if you're not in the area, yes it's worth the drive! read more

Whether it's your first time getting sugared or your hundredth, Essy makes you feel so comfortable during the entire appointment. 15-20 minutes feel like 2 because we are always yapping about what's happened since the last time I saw her. I've never had an issue with scheduling and I always make sure I see her before I head off to a rave or my next adventure. If you're on the fence about booking, just do it! You won't regret it (: read more

I've been coming to Essy for about two years now! Love her! She is absolutely sweet, and if there's ever an issue with availability she works with you. Thanks to her I've seen a difference. Love catching up with her, she's also my therapist (venting sessions included). Best sugarist ever! read more

I had my eyebrows waxed by Essy, and it turned out so well that my sister asked if I filled in my brows! She took her time with both waxing and plucking to shape the perfect look, and her attention to detail was exceptional. I've never experience such precision and dedication during an eyebrow waxing before. I highly recommend her! She will make you feel comfortable and relaxed! read more

Literally the best!!! Essy is friendly and puts you at ease. A great experience for scared or neurodivergent girlies. Quickest and cleanest wax I've ever had as well. Once I found Essy, I knew I was never going to anyone else! read more

Essy is so wonderful! I've been going to her for over two years for my Brazilians and each time I go she's always in the best mood and is so comforting. Her technique is unique in that I don't leave feeling horribly sore or overly sensitive and she also will ask how I am throughout the sesh to make sure I don't need breaks. I usually wait over 6 weeks to reschedule my appointments and even then I don't feel like the pain level is anything horrible because her technique is so good and I can't say that about other sugaring people I've been too in the past. Overall I'm in love with her seriously, book her neow! read more

Literally the only person I would let wax me! Essy puts you at ease and makes the entire process so comfortable. 10/10 no notes.

Essy is that girl. She's been my sugarist for years, and somehow makes one of the most vulnerable services feel like sacred, hilarious ritual. She's fast, intuitive, kind, and has this grounded energy that makes you feel like your body isn't just tolerated- it's welcomed. I've shown up to her table in every state: emotional wreck, post-breakup spiral, full glam, completely feral and she's met me with the same steady, no judgment care every time. Now she's got her own space, and honestly? It's about time. She deserves it. You deserve it. Book her. Your body and your nervous system will thank you read more

Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better person to help me get back into my waxing routine. I always walk out of my appointment feeling 10x better. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top tier service with a side of good vibes! read more

There are so many amazing things I can say about working with Essy but let the photo speak for itself! She IS THE QUEEN OF THE EYEBROW GAME. As someone whose eyebrows have basically been nonexistent for years she has made mine look perfect and full with tinting laminating shaping and a dash of love. She makes sugar appointments fun painless and easy. I've never been more consistent in scheduling appointments than I am with Essy. Do yourself a favor and test her out! You will be amazed!
