The quality is pretty good, good as any sushi bar in town at least. This sushi is waaay better than the pre packaged stuff at like Trader Joe's or Costco. Pro tip, fresh sushi does NOT keep for long, so eat it the same day, otherwise it might get dried out. Good to have a fresh made sushi choice right here at the Save mart! The burrito, in the past, had nice size shrimp and it was fresh. The burrito today had small, hard shrimp, and was filled with a lot of cabbage and other vegetables. It tasted nothing like it did before. And the flan was subpar also, they arent using the right kind of milk, so the flan isnt smooth, it has a lot of bubble holes, and the flavor was very blah. This used to be one of my favorite places to order Mexican, but unless the quality of the food improves, I'll be going elsewhere.
