SKN uses a creme wax, which is thinner that other waxes, making it a suitable choice for sensitive skin. However, I do personally prefer hard wax, which does not involve muslin strips. While Fairy and Jesse are both skilled, quick, and provide a gentle touch, I've noticed more that on more than one occasion, I've left the spa with some hair left on me.
