She was so sweet, attentive, and really took her time throughout the entire process never rushed, which I truly appreciated. The vibe of the salon was warm and relaxed, just women getting their hair done, chatting, and pampering themselves...and honestly, as they should I would definitely recommend this salon if you're looking for a place that values quality, care, and your overall experience just as much as the final result. A great spot for some well-deserved self-care.

I read the great reviews and thought I should give this place a shot. Jankee wound up doing my hair and it came out absolutely stunning!!!! This year I wanted another new style and went back a few days ago, Jankee did my hair once again and it came out perfect once again! She is the reason I adore this place. First off she ALWAYS listens to what you want and does not hesitate to give you her own advice. She is also not scissor happy which is huge in my book. She tells you exactly how much she is going to take off and sticks with that length. The salon is in a great location as well and is very clean. Personally, I am beyond happy I found this place and I highly recommend it.

I noticed all the women getting their hair blown out and curled looked great, it wasn't just me. We all had different hair textures and lengths. I will definitely be back again!

It is the most ghetto experience I've had in all of my days. 1st - They are not clean. The combs/brushes/curlers/pins they use are filthy and probably never see disinfectant at all, ever never! 2nd - They are not the friendliest. 3rd - They have kids there (including a baby under 2) screaming, running around, using the products and tools and acting like they were raised by wolves. 4th - They yell more than they talk 5th - One of the girls, the youngest one is super lazy and unfriendly and over it. Her attitude is gross. Basically they run the place with NO sense of professionalism or class at all. It is mind blowing and sad. I am no stranger to Dominican salons and this one should get an award for being the worst of the worst when it comes to the way they work. I hate to say it, wish it were different.

I tried to express to her very discreetly that I didn't like the way she spoke to me when I was in the chair but I will return for Fefa (the woman who was doing my hair) She then told me not to come back and insinuated it was because of "the price" which I had no issue paying even though they basically robbed me. ($50 for a trim? come on.) Overall, the energy is very catty from the moment you walk in and sometimes the workers talk about each other when the others aren't at work, IN FRONT of clients. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't be surprised to see them go out of business in the future.

She has that rare combination of technical precision, aesthetic instinct, and calm confidence that instantly puts you at ease.
