If I wanted a lukewarm coffee, I wouldn't have asked for an iced one. How is this happening? Is it a mistake? A training issue? Either way, it shouldn't be that hard to serve a proper cold brew--cold. The whole experience is disorganized, inefficient, and leaves me wondering why I even bothered. If they could just streamline their process and ensure drinks are actually made to order, it would make a world of difference.
