When I reminded him how beautiful the last arrangement was, he asked what I was looking for this time. I replied "BOOM!" I admire that he maintains his enthusiasm and artful approach. When this large arrangement in stunning black glass was delivered to my wife's medical office (she's an R.N.), a doctor commented: "Nobody can keep up with your husband". Randall recommended a way for her to transport it in her car to our home where it takes up most of the dining room table. We had a guest yesterday who was awestruck to see it.

When I called to check with the store about the status of the flowers not delivered as expected, the man I spoke with was dismissive and rude. He told me it wasn't "his fault the online ordering didn't go through their system." He then canceled my order when I expressed my frustration as a customer. VERY poor customer service. I will certainly not be ordering from this place again and I would recommend avoiding this business.

The collection consisted of six (6) hand-made sympathy pieces, which was a display of an impressive array of sprays, vases, and  a large basket filled with the most beautiful healthy and quality flowers I have ever seen. I highly commend Lisa, the floral designer for doing a superb job. The entire collection was delivered on time and intact. I have ordered flower arrangements in the past from Don's Florist on several occasions, and have always been satisfied with their services, products and delivery.  I will order from them again, and I recommend their services to others.

In Boston I got a call from the owner of Don's saying they were trying to deliver, they were in the building. She then said they found it, all was good. Talked to my wife that evening, she'd gotten nothing, her first birthday with me as her new husband. I'd heard nothing from anyone from Don's. I called the owner the next morning, she somehow thought they'd been delivered. "He's a pretty reliable guy", she would check and call back. I never heard a word. The next day, a day late, they delivered my new wife's flowers. How impressive that must have been to her coworkers, her husband of two months finally thought to get her flowers, who didn't understand how embarrassing that would be. They still charged my credit card. They say an issue is a chance to impress customers with how you react. I texted the owner, never a word back.

Other than a few…read morespecific ideas (specific flowers and colors), we didn't have that much of an idea what we needed, and Gregory at Briarwood was very creative and understanding in working with us. He was very patient in explaining things, and when he sent us proposals and we were critical of them, he was completely cool coming back with other ideas. The only issue with this experience was that intermittently, Briarwood had some email problems, so we had some trouble communicating with them. Thankfully, Gregory was diligent about following up via phone to clear up any mis-communications or misunderstandings, which was nice. Overall, Briarwood certainly came through on our wedding day, delivering exactly what was needed to make it a special event.

I haven't been in a store/business in a long time where I wasn't told "look over there", or "we probably don't have anymore". I appreciate that they reached out to me and will contact them directly in the event I need another arrangement. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my father and paid over $100, I paid extra to ensure delivery on a Friday morning prior to noon. The funeral home contacted me the Monday before and told me the flowers had arrived that morning, obviously they would not last till Friday. I contacted the flower cottage and they said they would make it right. On Friday when I arrived for the service the arrangement was nothing like I ordered as you can see from the photos. I also paid extra for a ribbon with "Dad" on it, had I known they were simply going to write it in marker I would have purchased my own. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will never use or recommend the flower cottage again.
