The employee at the counter set up the machine and allowed my friend to go in the room with me. The employee failed to tell me how the machine works, where to stand, etc. They sold me a spray tan without ensuring they had foot pads to stand on prior to this transaction. The bottoms of my feet are black and frankly that was disgusting. I was told I can stand on the towel, where I could not see the numbers to stand on in the booth. After all of that the manager knocks on the door and informs me my friend isn't allowed to be in there while I was standing there butt naked. Then she left and came back to "look at the machine" while I was still naked trying to dry, she then accused me and my friend of trying to mess with the machine because her machine did not move down like it was apparently supposed too and then proceeded to rudely accuse us of touching it. My friend has been going for years and stayed even though they have new owners. She does reviews and even promotes this business. Her promotion of this establishment was the only reason I though it was a good idea to pay 65$ for a spray tan. I will never being going back to this place ever again. First and last experience I will be having with them. Horrible customer service. No one should be demanding to come into a room while a woman is naked or accusing a customer of anything WHILE THEY ARE NAKED. Hannah was notifying your employee that you needed to check your machine because my tan was darker than hers even after being left on for 24 hrs, I'm not sure how that's trying to claim free services. Make sure you note how your business gives her free services from promoting your business. Your employee clearly doesn't know your own policy or she wouldn't have directed us both to the room and she wouldn't have been in the room if she followed said policy. My friend also wouldn't have had a towel trying to wipe off my nasty feet if you had the proper sanitary equipment available while people were trying to tan. But blaming customers for your daughter poor actions is insane. Your daughter pushing and yelling at the door to open it isn't us aggressively opening the door. Thank you for verifying my claim.

Quedamos en una nueva cita para el miércoles a las 9 a. m. La noche anterior le envié un mensaje por Instagram (la única forma de contactarla) para confirmar, y ella respondió que no podía. Si NO me hubiera comunicado, me habría presentado a una cita que no iba a realizarse. Reprogramé nuevamente por Instagram para el jueves, suponiendo la misma hora de las 9 a. m. La noche anterior revisé mis mensajes y vi que había enviado otro mensaje diciendo que ya estaba ocupada a las 9 a. m. y que, en su lugar, ofrecía el viernes a las 3 p. m. o el sábado a las 8:30 a. m. We set a new appointment for Wednesday at 9 AM. The night before, I messaged her on Instagram (the only way to reach her) to confirm, and she replied saying she couldn't make it. If I hadn't reached out, I would have shown up for an appointment that wasn't happening. I rescheduled again through Instagram for Thursday, assuming the same 9 AM time. The night before, I checked my messages and saw she had sent another message saying she was already booked for 9 AM and instead offered Friday at 3 PM or Saturday at 8:30 AM. At that point, I was done. This experience felt very unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for my time. I understand things come up, but repeated cancellations and poor communication are not acceptable.
