HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This was my first experience with this establishment and I was treated as a criminal for their faulty machines. The employee at the counter set up the machine and allowed my friend to go in the room with me. The employee failed to tell me how the machine works, where to stand, etc. They sold me a spray tan without ensuring they had foot pads to stand on prior to this transaction. The bottoms of my feet are black and frankly that was disgusting. I was told I can stand on the towel, where I could not see the numbers to stand on in the booth. After all of that the manager knocks on the door and informs me my friend isn't allowed to be in there while I was standing there butt naked. Then she left and came back to "look at the machine" while I was still naked trying to dry, she then accused me and my friend of trying to mess with the machine because her machine did not move down like it was apparently supposed too and then proceeded to rudely accuse us of touching it. My friend has been going for years and stayed even though they have new owners. She does reviews and even promotes this business. Her promotion of this establishment was the only reason I though it was a good idea to pay 65$ for a spray tan. I will never being going back to this place ever again. First and last experience I will be having with them. Horrible customer service. No one should be demanding to come into a room while a woman is naked or accusing a customer of anything WHILE THEY ARE NAKED. Here's a picture of what you are paying 65$ for. *claiming people are trying to claim complementary services while customers have no product is justification of poor treatment by your daughter the manager. Hannah was notifying your employee that you needed to check your machine because my tan was darker than hers even after being left on for 24 hrs, I'm not sure how that's trying to claim free services. Make sure you note how your business gives her free services from promoting your business. Your employee clearly doesn't know your own policy or she wouldn't have directed us both to the room and she wouldn't have been in the room if she followed said policy. My friend also wouldn't have had a towel trying to wipe off my nasty feet if you had the proper sanitary equipment available while people were trying to tan. But blaming customers for your daughter poor actions is insane. Your daughter pushing and yelling at the door to open it isn't us aggressively opening the door. It's upsetting to see how the quality of these spray tans have declined! I used to recommend 360 Tan to all of my friends, but I've been extremely disappointed with my tans the past three times I've gone over the last 6 months. If you ask anyone at the front desk why it feels like you weren't getting sprayed in the booth, or why the tan didn't develop after you left it on the recommended 24 hours, they insist that Norvell has changed the formula. It's disappointing paying nearly $50 for an extra dark spray tan and leaving the salon the same color I went in. I don't know if the machine needs to be replaced or what, but 360 Tan has seriously gone downhill. read more

Horrible place horrible management do not go here!!! I've been tanning my whole life went to three 6010 paid for the novell spray tan immediately noticed that the machine was not spraying out like it should I left the tanning salon and called The girl immediately to tell her she let me know that that machine was just fixed. Told me to wait 24 hours. I waited 24 hours zero tan I was as white as when I went in there so I called back. They then told me that they would not be allowing me to come back for a second sprayed hand to try again. This is the worst management I paid for nothing!! I didn't even ask for my money back. I just asked to come back and try it again to see if the machine would actually work this time and they denied it. Do not go here. I received a MYSTIC tan yesterday. This AM i woke up with zero color! I called to ask for a refund and explain the problem. I was told they do not give refunds but will offer a free tan with a different solution. The receptionist openly shared that "we have had a lot of issues with our mystic solution and ladies not getting any color." I responded with "why would you continue to use a solution that YOU KNOW does not work???" She said they have to use ALL OF THE PRODUCT before starting a new one because "it would be a waste of money for their company." I am speechless. It was good experience. The employer was friendly and informative. I wish they had numbers on the feet thing though . She explained it in advance but i have a horrible short term memory and I am bad under pressure so I know I stood incorrectly and I am not sure that my tan is very even. Also I wish they provided something to cover your face . I just used the hair net which wasn't that protective. When the tan got on my face I feel like it accentuated all my imperfections. My face is often not perfectly even. Sometimes I have acne, pores and hyperpigmentation and it just accentuated all of that so maybe bring something if you don't want your face sprayed. read more

The booth i used was missing the foot prompts, they were worn off and despite asking for additional guidance on how to get a good result the front receptionist wasn't too helpful. Signed up for several packages, I like it here. Staff/owner is friendly and the beds are clean. Not the most up to date but cleanliness is most important to me. I never have to wait. A towel is provided, eye goggles and head cushion. There is a fan at the foot of the bed if needed if you get too hot. Bulbs are changed often and lately there have been some amazing package specials that have me coming a bit more often than usual given that it is winter time. No blasting music at this salon helps to make me feel relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The location is great with a lot for parking and I have never had troubles finding a space. read more

I got a sweet deal on Groupon. 3 mystic tans for 1. I went in and they were nice. I had previously checked it out online and knew they had tan accelerator ,different types of shines/scents but when i got there they didn't offer anything to me. Also, i didn't realize you needed to request this prior to going into the tanning machine(since it was my first time spray tanning). The employee gave me all the instructions but she seemed really rushed and left right away and didn't come back to check on me.(1st timer here). Then i went to ask for the add ons and they said it was too late.Overall, my tan was good just a few white patches and i had to wait 8 hours since i didn't get the tan accelerator. I still have 2 tans left so hopefully the service is better. They have fast service which could be good or bad. Just make sure to request all the add ons before tanning. read more

I had taken my daughter to get the airbrush tan before formals and proms to this business. They were always good except the last two times. They originally had a girl doing them that was excellent. Apparently she doesn't work there anymore. The last two times were terrible and I'll attach pictures. I had paid for 3. My daughter had made an appointment when she left and did not tell me because she didn't want to be rude. We found out the other woman no longer worked there and we eventually were a no show. It was not intentional. They were aware that we were not happy with the outcome. There was no way my daughter could wear her dress with how the spray tan looked. The "partner" made no effort to make us happy and even stated there would be no refund for such horrible service. She was very rude on the phone and stated she never gets complaints. Overpriced, staff isn't very knowledgeable, can't make appointments, can't have a price sheet so they actually lost 3 potential clients because I was told the owner did not want printed price sheets! I had to take a picture of the price sheet they had taped to the front counter in order to show prices to friends. I was put into a bed, twice, that hadn't yet been cleaned so I had to go back up front and ask for another room. They never have goggles, but instead stickers to put over your eyes. Really? Most of us have things to do after we tan so taking eye makeup off by a sticker is not practical.
