The multigrain was extremely hard, the kind that will tear up your mouth. Not a lot of hummus to it. It's good it has the yellow peppers or it would be really bland and tasteless. Even in the middle of summer and during a heat wave it's down. I have gone to gather breakfast and they have been out of many bagels and baked goods, mind you this is before even noon. The service quality has also gone down. Very few of the workers speak clear and fluent English and those who do seem to not work the register or the window. Because of the communication barrier, orders are consistently wrong. Even simple ones such as a coffee with just 1 milk and 1 sugar. It's just ridiculous. Overall, myself and many of the residents that live near this Tims, are not pleased with how it's operating. If you're passing another one on your way to wherever, don't pass it up in favour of coming here. You will be disappointed.
