But then I found this place... and the owner is MAGIC! I wouldn't trust anyone else, even myself, with my eyebrows. I always leave her chair feeling so pretty and ready to do my makeup and start the day. Anyone that usually goes to the mall to get their eyebrows threaded- I highly recommend just going down the road and see this awesome lady! You won't be disappointed. Side note: I have yet to try her other services (brow tinting, lashes, etc) this is just for her threading skills!

On Saturday, June 21, 2014, I had a life changing experience when I became a client at Permanent…read moreMake-Up by Edda in Avon, MA.. I met Edda while visiting my son's fitness studio, Real Results Fitness Studio. Edda practices her permanent make up artistry right next door! On the very same block, I discovered my own Real Results with Edda that day. Results I never dreamed were possible. I had a dream. A dream for eyebrows. I recently read that my own sparse eyebrows would soon thin more and fade away as I aged. OMG. No eyebrows?! This wasn't something this baby boomer was going to take lightly. I asked for eyebrows in my dreams but I never dreamed there was a person like Edda! So talented. So sincerely interested. So passionate about what she does...so conscientious and professional. She was my "eyebrow angel"! The one I prayed for was now standing right in front of me! LOL I was under "her wing" you could say and I felt safe and confident about the procedure that would change my life! You have no idea! Wow! Edda was also very accommodating. I realized quite suddenly that I would also benefit from permanent eye liner as well. I have Graves Disease and suffer with dry eyes which means a lot of tearing, not so good for the eyeliner I would have just applied. So, I was going to soon have my new eyebrows and eyeliner on the same afternoon! Just 3 hours later, I looked in the mirror and my dream of looking healthy and polished as a mature aging woman cracks the mirror (sorry, Edda, I will see about a new mirror)! " Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the most beautiful baby boomer of all? " LOL That mirror cracked from the image of two beautiful teal green eyes outlined by skillfully applied permanent black eye liner. My eyes popped out from under those very well sculpted eyebrows! I thought I was looking at a movie star on television. Be sure to discover these best kept secrets for yourself and or your friends. The skill and permanence of these services demand the very best professional. I found her and now you can, too. P.S. Edda also offered me a 10% discount on the spot. Love it.

Beware of possible scamming charges! Made an appointment but bumped into traffic when I called to…read morecancel my appointment they told me they will be charging me for 50% of the wax. When I told the manager I've never been charged a cancellation fee before she said that the policy had changed. I then told her that was off because I didn't receive any information about a new cancellation policy via email or text when I confirmed my appointment. She then stated they have been telling people as they come in for service. When I told her I thought that was unfair considering they messaged me 4 times to confirm my appointment but neglected to post the cancellation policy any where in our texts, emails and not even the last time I came in for a wax at this location. She then changed her story and stated oh we usually send out the cancellation policy when you confirm your appointment. Which I then told her I have not received. I appreciate that they were able to waive my cancellation fee but I find it very predatory as business to instate new fees and not inform regular and/or new clients. And makes me suspicious if this was just a scam since no updates on the website about cancellations. Great waxxers at this location but whatever manager was working 09/12/24 terrible customer service. Definitely will be visiting a new location.
