They tend to have a barber or 2 open for Walk ins, but I've always preferred to book mine ahead of time. The only flaw tends to be that occasionally barbers get backed up. Usually no more than 5 - 10 minutes. This just comes with the Grade A side Chatter and jokes that float around the shop. I would easily recommend this spot to anyone looking to get a professional cut for decent prices!

Beware of possible scamming charges! Made an appointment but bumped into traffic when I called to…read morecancel my appointment they told me they will be charging me for 50% of the wax. When I told the manager I've never been charged a cancellation fee before she said that the policy had changed. I then told her that was off because I didn't receive any information about a new cancellation policy via email or text when I confirmed my appointment. She then stated they have been telling people as they come in for service. When I told her I thought that was unfair considering they messaged me 4 times to confirm my appointment but neglected to post the cancellation policy any where in our texts, emails and not even the last time I came in for a wax at this location. She then changed her story and stated oh we usually send out the cancellation policy when you confirm your appointment. Which I then told her I have not received. I appreciate that they were able to waive my cancellation fee but I find it very predatory as business to instate new fees and not inform regular and/or new clients. And makes me suspicious if this was just a scam since no updates on the website about cancellations. Great waxxers at this location but whatever manager was working 09/12/24 terrible customer service. Definitely will be visiting a new location.
