I was there last night, the girl doing my eyebrows was clearly new. She was having a hard time…read moregetting the lower eyebrows so she moved on to my left eye where she proceeded to take a chunk of brow off from the middle of my brow. She paused when she realized what she did, then kept going as if nothing happened. I should've stopped her but I was just stunned. When she gave me the mirror my eyes were watering so bad I really couldn't see how bad it was, I should've known because they kept asking me if I liked the way my eyebrows looked. I certainly noticed as I drove home and looked in the rearview mirror though. And the fact that she knew what she had done and still didn't apologize is terrible. Probably wont be going back there again Update - the owner called me the next morning and apologized, she stated that there person that did my eyebrows will not be there again. There is more to that, but I'll leave it at that. I will go back, because I had never had a bad experience before this and hope I won't in the future.

I was disappointed with both my threading services. Both of them aren't even worthy of any stars. #1. Upstairs threading place. I visted the upstairs location for my brows and mustache threading, but left with a horrendous experience. I specifically asked the women to not make them too thin just shape them up. Definitely one of the most painful threading experience I have ever had. When i saw myself in the mirror I was beyond upset, not only did she took off half my eyebrows but made empty spots in my eyebrows. She didn't do a good job with my mustache either, left a lot of hair out and cut me multiple times. Very unsatisfied with the service. Onto the second location, I don't know why they have two locations in the same Mall, the mall is never busy, or maybe I just get Lucky. #2 downstairs location near sears. I specfically asked the lady to clean them up .Did she listen "NO" she threaded them TOO thin, my whole eyelid area is swollen and cut everywhere. My arch is practically gone, I have always gotten my eyebrows threaded since college and I've never had such horrible and painful experience in my life. Plus somehow my eyebrows still look unkept after threading them.My eyebrows aren't that hard to shape , being half Portuguese and half italian I am blessed with pretty thick brows but not anymore thanks to this place.
