My experience is based on the interaction that we had this afternoon not the goods they serve. My sister and I were eating some of the goodies and having bonding time when a lady whom I can assume is the owner came from behind to my sister, touched her hair and then asked if it was appropriate for her to touched my sister's curly hair? Firsr, you already touched my sister's hair and two you must know it is not okay to do so when you are asking!. I truly thought my sister knew her but she did not! I just said you already did touch it which at that time she is just walking towards behind the counter and honestly not sure where she went after that. I cannot believe in 2026 we are still acting like this is okay. Not sure whom this lady thinks she is or what kind of games she thinks she plays to thinks it is okay. Not sure.if she truly thought she was given a compliment to my sister but what is wrong is wrong. She knew she did wrong. For sure we will not be coming back and for sure I have no desire to use what I have left of a gift card. Unprofessional and honestly so out of touch with your clientele. Winter Haven is growing rapidly and you will have to deal with all of more people like us. Some people are so passive aggressive that is gross. Not looking for an apology from the owner or the business.

Especially when you have places like crumbl cookie charging $5 for an underbaked cookie. The service is everything, every person I've ever dealt with here has been very welcoming and generally tend to remember us when we come in :) Make sure to get there pretty early, as they do tend to sell out of all the popular desserts and there's always open street parking in front of the shop in you go early :)

I was excited to learn (via their website) they have vegan cupcakes! All of their cupcakes on display that I saw were not vegan, so I asked. I was told they don't have any, but they have vegan ice cream. I got chocolate vegan ice cream. It was good. When my husband joined us later, I told him they have vegan ice cream. He went to the counter to get some, but returned to my table with nothing. He told me he was told they do not have vegan ice cream. There was only one small residential trash can at the other end of the room near the register for you to use. THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS! (Isn't it illegal for a food place to not have a restroom?) When I asked to use a restroom, I was told to go to another establishment (5 Guys) to use their bathroom! I couldn't even see where this place was, and I wasn't about to go looking for it because I walk with a cane. Does this employee go to 5 Guys to use their bathroom, or do they have a bathroom they don't want the public to use???

There were Food Trucks Galore there but Sugar Yummy Mama stole my heart after no other trucks sounded good and I had to get my hands on one of those Mini Cupcakes! The flavors of these Minis can not be any more true to flavor with what cupcake you decided on. Combinations such as Wow! Guava- Naughty Nutella- Lovely Lemon- Black Tie- Coco Loco are just a few of the flavors she sells! These little delightful one bite... maybe two bite cupcakes aren't cheap at $2.95 per mini but I can tell you they are definitely worth EVERY penny!! The moist cake, the perfect amount of soft frosting, the filled center, and the burst of flavor is mouthwatering stuff! I had an iced mocha and even though I asked for it to be very little sweet, it turned out to be super sweet. I understand that they use chocolate syrup instead of cocoa, not even place uses cocoa, so unfortunately I couldn't it. Their s'mores cupcake was delicious though.
