The coat had a belt, and John thoughtfully removed it, added snaps, and truly modernized the piece while completely respecting its history. The result is stunning. Instead of explaining himself or acting like a professional, he just refused the return.I am well within the 30-day return policy, have proof of purchase, and have the physical tag right here. Instead of just helping me re-tag the item, he refused to return. Lululemon is too expensive for customers to be treated with this level of disrespect. Avoid this location.
