I got a pedicure and a dip manicure and I'm walking out very disappointed. First I went in wanting to remove two acrylics on my big toes that I had been wanting to remove for a min. Instead the lady overlayed more gel on top instead of doing what I asked and didn't ask me if that was okay. Also, I was charged $15 for this and I didn't even ask for it and it was TWO toes. And when it came to the end I wanted to do regular polish and not gel I was told I had to do gel because of the acrylic that SHE gave me. Then, let's move to my nails. I came in with a picture of what I wanted for my nails that was extremely basic and the lady kept suggesting things that was nothing like what I wanTed. I also asked if I could have a certain design and she said "no, this or that would be better." So when we got towards the end I told her I didn't want any design just the polish and then she said she could do the original thing I asked for. I'm not sure if she just didn't feel like doing what I wanted but wanted the extra money or what but it was very frustrating. I am extremely upset walking out because I feel like I was up charged for things I didn't want or ask for and Im walking out not loving the results and this visit was supposed to be very basic and then out to be the same price I normally get when I get something more fancy. I am extremely clear, patient, and nice in these spaces because I know the language barrier can be tough but sometimes I feel that grace gets taken advantage of in this shop. However, it gets to a point where it's not just the language barrier and it's just really rude and Inconsiderate customer service.

It was a day when the weather was still recovering from a snowfall. The work ethic here is very customer-focused and professional. Lisa, my nail technician, is meticulous. I usually mention that I've had surgery on my big toe, but she thoughtfully inquired about it while trimming my toenail. I was impressed.
