Beautiful atmosphere inside and out. Good mediterranean food. Food: All food was fresh. Gyro platter with Greek salad was good. Chicken kabob. Dip sampler was great. Friendly service.

We went here last night and the food, ambiance, and and service was amazing. I ordered the lamb with angel hair rice and Greek salad. My husband had churrasco with the same sides. The hummus with mushrooms and onion glaze were also spectacular. Our hostess Paula went over and beyond helping us validate our parking ticket. The ambiance was gorgeous with the lighting and gives you a feel of luxury. This is our second time coming.

Sufrat is located in what is being called Downtown Doral. It had a cute decor with flowers hanging from the ceiling & an outdoor patio. The restaurant is small & cozy, with a guy playing a saxophone. The music wasn't too loud, so u could hear your convo. The food was mixed. I started with the lentil soup, which was tasty, but a little salty. I had the branzino, which was well seasoned, but I think I should have had it blackened instead. It came with my choice of 2 sides, so I had grilled vegetables & the tabbouleh. Wasn't thrilled about the zucchini & squash in the grilled veggies. I think it would be better to choose the veggies u want in it. The tabbouleh tasted extra vinegary to me, but it was a large portion. I tasted my hubby's lamb chops & they were good, but small. They were well seasoned & I shamelessly ate it, with my fingers, down to the bone! For dessert, I ordered the baklava, but it wasn't the best I've ever had. It was more pastry dough than a traditional baklava. The service was attentive & friendly. Overall, it was ok, but no need for me to drive from Ft Lauderdale to Doral just to eat here.

Sufrat is an excellent Mediterranean Restaurant. I've been to the one in Pines Blvd. and now recently visited the location in Doral which is a lot more spacious than Pines. Same quality of food and service. I brought my daughter here last Sunday and we both truly enjoyed all the food. We started with the sampler platter. Hummus was good specially the one with pomegranate seeds. The lamb chop entree was big enough for two. Lamb chops were so tasty and tender. We also had the beef kebab and the meat was so tender and flavorful as well. Mediterranean vibe and decor through out and it also has a lovely terrace. Long tables for big groups or small tables for couples. The terrace is adorned with beautiful bougainvilleas that added romantic vibes. We also had live entertainment by a saxophonist. He played about four songs. All latin songs and I knew all of them. Great time and really good late afternoon lunch. Very satisfied with the service as well. Both the manager and waitress were very attentive. Will definitely come back to this location.

We went for happy hour at Doral Yard and were wowed. It's somBeautiful inside! We basically ordered one of everything on the happy hour menu. One person thought we'd need more...some stuff off the main menu, but we did a wait and see...and couldn't even finish everything. It was a delicious feast. I'd love to come back when they had belly dancers!

The food was delicious. It was a group of 6 women and we decided to share the kebab family platter. It came with 12 kabobs, rice and a salad. We also ordered the sufrat dip sampler. The tabbouleh was my favorite dish, so dresh and lemony. I ordered chicken and beef kabobs and both tender and juicy. Will come back again.

In my humble opinion - Ambience is the only thing Sufrat has to offer oh and the drinks were good but way over priced (and not very clear with pricing, they will charge over what the menu indicates). Service was mediocre, had to keep chasing our server down while she casually help conversations for extended amounts of time with other tables. Food unfortunately was a huge miss, meat quality is cheap and I had to send my food back since it was served cold. I was excited to try a different location (which by the way is very far from where I live) only to come and experience a sub par level restaurant with extremely high ratings and over priced food. Overall reviews and ratings led me wrong.

I'd never been to Doral Yard before but a friend recommended we stop by here, as she's dined here before. We sat inside since the walls captivated my attention. I'm glad they had lunch specials going on because I went ahead and ordered the Chicken Shawarma bowl for just $9.99! It gave me enough leftovers to save for later too so very generous portion. To start, I ordered the Tzatziki Dip with pita bread and it was delicious. Our server made sure we were well taken care of, even offering us to see their dessert menu. If you park in on the parking garages, you can also get your ticket validated by restaurants there! I would definitely come back to try other food items :)

Went to celebrate a birthday lunch with friends and even though I made a reservation days in advance they did not have our table ready, they made us wait about 30 mins and then after seating down no one will come to help us, no menus, no water... thankfully a nice waitress tried to help us find our server and since there was no one to help us she took our table and after that it all changed! Once we finally got a great service we had a delicious lunch, the flavors here are truly authentic, we loved the appetizers (sampler of the dips and falafels) and then we order a sharing plate with meats, shawarma, etc and it was super good! I really love the decor of this restaurant it transports you to a different country so very nice job on that... our only issue was the super loud music that did not matched the whole theme of the restaurant. Hope to come back soon and enjoy more than this time! P.s: I asked for the manager several times and they kept saying there was no manager o person in charge which was weird maybe need to improve that so service is better.

My partner and I dined her with some friends we haven't seen in a bit and this was the perfect spot as we were all craving Mediterranean food. WOW, the food did not disappoint. We shared a Toney with Greek salad and fries. The steak was soo tender and juicy and the fries were seasoned to perfection. We ordered some drinky drinks too! I had the Lebanese paradise and it was amazing. It had coconut which made it have a very Islandy taste- very refreshing and tasty. Out server, Camilo was great! He gave amazing food and drink recommendations and his service was on point. Finally the environment was very lively. There were some dancers putting on a show and there was a dj. All in all food and service was spectacular. We'll be coming back!!

Sufrat Mediterranean Grill is a wonderful spot for a night out. I am working in the area and it's a great spot if you are alone or dining with friends. I sat at the bar and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The belly dancer came out at the end of my meal and was incredible. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the meat grape leaves and the kefta kebabs. I ordered a Moscow mule and goodness it was perfect! I will definitely be back when in Miami!

Shrimp Kebab Platter

Second time here and never disappoints. First time here was for a party and even then everything went well just like now. Waitress was always very helpful and attentive making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Ordered the hummus to start with pita bread and it was absolutely flavorful. The oil in it gave it an extra delicious taste. For the entree ordered the same meal as the previous time the shrimp kebab and it was done perfectly just as i remembered. Only recommendation for the restaurant indoors is that there were a few flies around due to the doors and windows being open which is understandable. Only saw one fly trap or zapper. Maybe adding a few more can solve the issue.

Lira Beirut celebrates this through its food, decor and service. The whole vibe of the place seems extracted from a cool corner of Beirut with beautiful retro-cool artwork that is colorful, happy and sophisticated. From graphic prints, to black and white photos and architectural studies, it gives you a sense of a culture that takes the best of the middle east and cosmopolitan worlds. That sets the stage for the food served here. This is not a watered-down shawarma spot to pacify over-served revelers. It's a place to meet real foodie friends who appreciate authenticity and carefully prepared dishes in an elevated way. I haven't had a chance to go to the Middle East, but I can tell from the deft use of spices, heat and technique that their intention is to share the best from their food memory of the old country. I've gone on a few occasion and really enjoyed the fattoush salad, the labneh mtwame, the muhammara, the chicken shawarma plate and the kafta. Many of the dishes come with the crispiest, most addictive fries I've had, gorgeous savory rice and a heap of fresh, fragrant herbs. Even the wine list is pretty nice, and I've had the well priced Sauvignon Blanc and the Pouilly Fuisse. I wished the location were better for us and for them. It could use a more visible location where nice traffic goes by it. Since it's at the edge of Wynwood where it borders with the slowly gentrifying Overtown, it could take a while before its riches are recognized. I can't wait to go back for happy hour again, and I long to see the day when this becomes an awesome neighborhood hangout as they build more apartment buildings in the area that can house people who will appreciate all that Lira Beirut offers.

For context, I worked in fine dining in New York and Miami for almost 20 years, so I notice the details immediately, hospitality, management presence, the energy of a room. You can usually tell pretty quickly what kind of operation you're dealing with. We were a party of five. I arrived with my four-year-old son and was greeted warmly by the hostess. That warmth ended instantly. Standing directly behind her were two managers in suits blocking the main entrance. Both looked straight at me and my child and said absolutely nothing. No hello, no smile, no acknowledgment. Anyone in hospitality knows that moment sets the tone. As an Arab woman who grew up around a culture where hospitality is everything, it was already a bad sign. We were seated outside and the vibe stayed cold. Unfortunately, the food matched it. We ordered a lot because I genuinely wanted to give the kitchen a fair shot. I grew up eating Lebanese food and what stood out most was the lack of soul. Everything felt flat, like it needed salt, lemon, brightness, that warm Mediterranean seasoning Lebanese food is known for. The tabouli was especially shocking. A $20+ tabouli with no bulgur that was so roughly chopped it was basically whole parsley leaves and slices of onion. Any Lebanese auntie would die at the sight of it. At one point I asked our server if they had harissa or any kind of spicy sauce. She said the only option was Sriracha. In a Lebanese restaurant that charges $18 for a tablespoon of hummus. An Asian chili sauce as the only option. What made it even stranger is that harissa is listed on multiple dishes on the menu, so it clearly exists somewhere in the building. I asked for the Sriracha anyway out of desperation for flavor. It never came. Same with ketchup for my toddler's fries, it took three requests. Throughout the meal I walked around the restaurant several times taking my son to the bathroom, looking around the space, even going upstairs to the lounge. Not a single person acknowledged us. Not a host, not a server, not a manager. The bar is right by the entrance and every time we looked over at the bartender and bar manager, just blank stares. At one point we were clearly standing there confused looking for the bathroom in an empty restaurant and still had to say "Excuse me, where is the bathroom?" Wild. Later I walked up to the bar myself to ask if they carried mezcal. After dinner I went back to order one. Same energy--zero warmth, zero engagement. And this is with an automatic 20% gratuity already on the bill. The mezcal was a $25 two-ounce pour and I still had to ask for an orange slice garnish because no one offered it. Empty bar, two people behind it, and I still had to request it. Also worth noting, our reservation was at 5:45pm and the restaurant was practically empty. Yet I didn't see a single manager walking the floor, greeting tables, or checking on guests. I had talked this place up to my party because I'd been so curious about it for years, and it was honestly a huge letdown. If you know Lebanese food and understand Middle Eastern warmth and hospitality, this probably isn't the place for you. Expect cold, almost nonexistent hospitality and food that feels stripped of the soul that makes Lebanese cuisine special. The space is beautiful. I'll give them that. Everything else felt like a very on-brand Miami disappointment, what happens when you give people a beautiful restaurant, expensive food, automatic gratuity, and no leadership. From the lack of authenticity and attention to detail, it's hard to believe anyone truly Lebanese is behind this operation. If anything, it feels more like a polished money grab. Honestly, it might have been less jarring if they just called themselves "Mediterranean" like so many other places in this city. But if you're going to call yourself a Lebanese restaurant, the culture and hospitality should actually be there.

The restaurant offers a beautiful atmosphere that blends elegance with a lively Middle Eastern vibe, making it perfect for a memorable event. They were responsive, flexible with the setup, and helped organize the seating so our group felt comfortable while still enjoying the energy of the restaurant. For a group of around 50 people, the space worked very well and still felt intimate rather than crowded. The food was one of the highlights of the evening. Guests loved the variety of authentic Middle Eastern dishes, especially the fresh mezze, flavorful grilled meats, and delicious desserts. The presentation was excellent and the portions were generous, which made sharing and enjoying the meal together easy for a large group. The ambiance added a lot to the celebration. Overall, Layali Miami provided great service, delicious food, and a vibrant atmosphere that made the engagement party truly special. Mediterranean (specifically Lebanese) food is perhaps my favorite on this planet, but this place severely disappointed. I want to start off with the good. Nice, friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. And all the sides we had were great. Now, the bad. We got the beef shawarma, and it was ok. The shawarma itself was largely bland, and just tasted like cut up steak bites with no flavor. However, that's not the worst part. I had an absolutely nauseating experience with the arayes, which is one of my favorite dishes that I make at home from time to time too. It smelled like cigarettes, gasoline, and death. I don't know how else to describe it. I'm not sure what kind of meat it was, I assume lamb, and I've had experience with lamb that had gone bad in the fridge, and the texture was very reminiscent. I hope that's just a coincidence, and the smell was from another source. More so than the texture, again, the smell was enough to make us gag, and I have a strong stomach.
