I rented my first Shoreditch flat through this relatively small but efficient and knowledgeable real estate agency and would definitely use Peach again. The staff have generally either lived in the area or do so at present and are particularly knowledgeable about Shoreditch's Victorian built Boundary Estate where many local residents rent one and two bed properties. I was constantly promised they would send me a new contract every time so I went in store and refused to leave till I got a new one. The manager assured me it would be sorted so I left. Guess what nothing happened! I had 3 years like this. I even had an abusive call when I asked about having a dog. I was asking for their permission and was spoken down to like I was dirt. The worst part was when I said i was leaving due to their unwelcoming service that made me not want to be their anymore. I gave them a call and said I am leaving is there anything you need me to do and they said all they need to do is give a months notice I then said that i'm leaving now is that ok for notice? We took my 7 year old son to Anglia Indoor Karting this weekend for the first time and can honestly…read moresay it was the worst experience we have had as parents at a place that runs sessions for children. My son waited for over an hour to race. He finally got called to the track and got in a kart, he got strapped in and got the ok from the Marshalls only to then be told he couldn't race because he was 'too small'. This reason would have been somewhat more believable if my son was the smallest child on the track - he wasn't. There were children smaller than him racing. The real issue was that there was clearly not enough booster seats for all of the kids in that session and my son got singled out and got told to leave - along with another boy who needed a booster seat. It was supposed to be my son's birthday treat. He was heartbroken. As were we. What made this experience doubly worse was then the incredibly rude response from staff who offered no apology, no compassion towards us and no resolution. What a way to treat a young boy on his birthday.

There are two screens that are soon to be updated with all the latest technology and a simple shop selling sweets, popcorn and drinks. The screen sizes and sound systems don't match up to giant multiplex's but once the film starts you are engrosed anyway. The tickets prices are good and during the week they are even better (try on a Tuesday for the best bargain). Being in the centre of Felixstowe it is easy to find and there is ample parking at the side and over the road. Personally I would really like it if they invested in those big old fashioned posters over the top of the door (they have the space) and American 50's style popcorn sellers inside. However, they are modernising the whole place so it looking better every week, the films are modern enough and are usually only a week or two behind the 'big ones'. The seats are comfortable enough and mid week you can sometimes get a whole screen for a group of you giving a sense of relaxed atmosphere. Mrs and I popped in for a quick lunch last Saturday - we got in at noon which was as well because by half past all the dozen or so tables were occupied. The decor and atmosphere is rather better than some other in Southwold but its probably the most expensive but not prohibitingly so. We had already rejected the cafe in Adnams Kitchen and Wine shop as it had the atmosphere of a railway station cafe. My wife ordered a Tuna/Mayo sandwich and I had the same but in a baguette. The baguette was excellent - crisp and light, and well filled. We also both had a cappuccino. My wife's turned out to be a problem as the waitress had slopped a bit into the saucer which then over a period of a few minutes soaked into the 'lacy' doily mat. That then stuck to the bottom of the cup when she lifted it. We asked for a new saucer, but some mat was still stuck on the underside of the cup ! All rather messy ! The waiting staff however were very friendly (Three attractive young ladies and a handsome young man). Service was reasonably prompt and efficient. We ended our lunch sharing an excellent iced Danish pastry, complete with glace cherry (I lost the argument for the cherry). The bill came to £16.45 Later edit - Visited again last Sunday. We both had some excellent Stilton and Broccolli Soup - it came with a large soft roll and three of those infernal pats of butter that cannot be opened without messing your fingers. I had a tuna baguette as before, Mrs just settled for a Danish pastry (as I shared with her before). Capuccinos again, but once more avery tiny spillage causes the doily mat to stick to the cup ! Service brilliant, food brilliant - just some attention to detail needed.
