The day before we were to arrive in NYC I found out my AirBNB reservation was a scam and had to quickly find somewhere else to stay. Not only was Garrick super accommodating with the address change but he even recommended a few places to stay! Our flight from Houston arrived half an hour early and again Garrick was super flexible. LaGuardia is a logistical nightmare right now because of the construction but Garrick's communication was superb and we were able to find him with no issues. The ride to Manhattan was smooth and there were plenty of refreshments waiting for us. Garrick is super knowledgeable about NYC and even gave us a mini tour pointing out various buildings and giving us interesting facts about the city! Garrick even emailed me a list of restaurants nearby to check out and boy were we glad we did! Riding in a limousine had been on my bucket list since I was a teenager and for my first time Garrick made it incredible and I would not hesitate to use him again in NYC!

After trying all the drivers I'd used before, I turned to Yelp and found Sun Fat Tat Express. They responded quickly to my request and said they could pick me up at the time requested and take me to my destination in Brooklyn. After a few emails via Yelp the plan was set. The price they quoted was definitely on the low side for this trip; the service was excellent. The company confirmed by text a few hours before my scheduled ride giving me the car and license plate numbers. Ten minutes before pickup the driver phoned to say he was outside but I need not hurry because he was early. He helped with my packages and we chatted on and off during the ride. The car was clean and very comfortable. He drove well and used good judgment as to where we might hit traffic and how to get around it. The GPS functioned and I arrived early. I feel like Sun Fat Tat Express and driver #968 gave me a Christmas present! I will definitely use them again.

The driver also pulled over to the A/C Canal St train station, which I thought was very convenient. (Wish they could have done the same for J/N/Q/R but no room.
