If your standard service can't fulfill what you publicly claim, then your motto needs to be changed. I did not think it was a significant amount of alternations but she seemed to think so. She then proceeded to tell me that she "may" be able to do it, but then looked at her calendar and said that she couldn't guarantee it. I honestly was so confused because she knew my wedding date when she booked this consultation appointment. If it wasn't something that could be done I feel she should've just told me up front rather than let me wait until the appointment. At that point I didn't even put up a fight as in the back of my mind, I knew I wouldn't have been comfortable with her altering my dresses anyways. She gave off the impression that if anything needed tweaking or wasn't to your satisfaction you would be SOL. All in all, a huge waste of my time. It would've been less of a bad experience if she wasn't so rude upfront. I'm starting to think her 5-star google reviews are faked, as at least on Yelp there are a few honest reviews that mention her bad attitude to her clients so it seems to be a common theme. A few months later, when the seasons changed, I requested the return of a few more items of clothing, They selected the items accurately, and delivered them promptly.
