From dry cleaning, to laundry and I'm getting ready to add furs. I have learned that I can count on only the best service. Special Thank You to Daphne who has been my go to person for questions I didn't even know I had. She is so nice and pleasant and informative(advised me they can take care of my furs too) that I look forward to calling. Amazing value for the service and worth every penny. I've been a Sudsies customer for three years, but this past weekend reminded me why loyalty is…read moreearned -- and they've earned every bit of mine. With less than a week until my wedding, I tried on my welcome party dress and discovered a makeup stain along the side -- left over from my hair and makeup trial. The kind of discovery that stops your heart. I called Sudsies the next morning, explained my situation, and they told me to bring it straight to the Biscayne Boulevard location. I drove over from Brickell in twenty minutes. The moment I walked in, I was genuinely taken aback -- the energy inside is warm, vibrant, and immediately calming in the best way. I met Jason (the owner) and Luis (the president), along with their entire team, and was treated like I'd known them for years. They spot-checked the dress on the spot, removed the stain completely, steamed it, and sent me home with brand new garment bags -- all within thirty minutes. Thirty minutes. In one of the most stressful weeks of my life, they made me feel completely taken care of. That's not just good service. That's the kind of business that runs on genuine care -- for the work and for the people walking through their door. You can feel it the second you step inside. They operate less like a business and more like a family, and it shows in everything they do. If you need a dry cleaner in Miami, there is no other answer. Go to Sudsies.

It's not about the extra few dollars, it's about the lack of transparency and integrity. Situations like this leave a bad impression and make it hard to trust a business. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
