Over the last Cpl the quality of the wash has gone down and on Friday I stopped in to get my truck washed (inside/outside). I have a mid sized suv and for that it is $44. They hand wash it all, your tires, car, mats, and do a full wipe down. I have been coming here for five plus years and love them. They can take care of everything. They offer full detailing services and hand washes. You will be amazed at how quick and hard these guys work! I had requested a full wash and for the value you cannot go wrong at! I know most places charge an arm and a leg. It's worth the drive. My next service with them (whenever, winter ends!) will be a service requested for full detail. It'll be eight hours and may have to leave my car but I know it'll have a spotless finish and take out the minor scratches. Hands down the best hand wash I have been! I have been here a few times over the past two years. Each time they do a horrible job of cleaning the vehicle. This most recent time they covered the truck in suds and didn't wipe it. They dried the vehicle with dirty rags, which is the norm. They left dirt streaks all over the windows with the dirty rags. I don't know why I keep going back. Their failure to actually wash it meant they just smeared the dirt all over the truck body. There's nobody to complain to as the website doesn't work. read more

For over $200 and having my car ALL day- very disappointing. The pics were not even all the bad spots. They didn't even vacuum along side the foot area where it connects to the door trim. Full of debris. I could have done a better job blindfolded! My car was not dirty to begin with- cup holder was the worst part and they totally neglected it. I asked to have the manager call me and they guy said "why what's wrong" (after I showed him what needed to be done as far as vacuuming). I live 3 blocks away, work in the same parking lot... thought this would be good because it's so convenient..... guess NOT!! Let's see if a manager actually calls. read more

This place don't know what it means when a client says don't need to worry about the glove compartment and the armrest compartment but please clean everything else! I have an SUV, The inside of my trunk was not wipe down, the mats inside my trunk was not cleaned or washed. And the side of both the driver and passenger close to the armrest was not even vacuumed! Don't bother going to this place. They do a mediocre at best job and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Here's the story. I call for an appointment on Saturday, they tell me to go ahead and come in. I show up and they denied the whole thing and said they don't do appointments on Saturdays. I even get the guy who talked to me to admit it was him who I spoke to, but still refuses to acknowledge the appointment. I finally give up and just brought it in the following Friday and the job they did was not all that great, I saw a lot of spots that seemed to be ignored. I could have done this myself and saved the money... it would have been OK if they were cheap, but they certainly aren't. read more

Took in my Chevy Malibu in for a interior detail. First time in 6 years I had it detailed so you know it needed it. They told me to drop off my car at 8am. It was ready by 4 pm. My car was spanking new from the inside. Got my $ worth. Don't expect miracles when you show up a hour or so before they close and want your car detailed. You want good service listen to what they suggest you do. So they have time to do their job. The guy told me over the phone to bring it early so they can clean and have it dried in time. If you want your car really cleaned well, this is the place to go. They do an outstanding job on the inside and outside (also the trunk) The only drawback is it can take a while if there are cars ahead of you. Plan on an hour if that's the case. You can have coffee and watch tv in their waiting room. Bottom line: These guys do an excellent job cleaning and drying every nook and cranny of your car. I recently visited this business with my vehicle after a road trip. I specifically explain what I am looking for. Primarily I want all the dead bugs removed from my vehicle's front end. Wax and buff of the vehicle clean the interior no shampoo. The car is less than 2 years old the paint is in good shape. (Except for the bugs now.) They give me the price we make an appointment I come in for the service. The price was $160. I inspect the vehicle upon pick up. I still have bug remains on the grill, hood, back of mirrors, chrome, and rubber around the windshield. I call over the guy that I just paid and show him. He basically says that these remains will not come off. I show him that I literally can remove them with my finger. He doesn't offer to try again, basically leaves me there holding my keys. Now I don't want to lose my cool and catch a case. Instead, I will write reviews and use word of mouth to let everyone in the area know my dissatisfaction with their service. Never again high price for mediocre results!!! read more

If instead your car is your baby and you have time, it is well worth visiting Sudsational. It's Full Service Wash is excellent. They clean the entire car - top to bottom, inside and out. They spend the time to do it like you would - paying attention to floors and mats, windows and wipers, tires and hubcaps, dashboard and seats - and, of course, the exterior. Highly recommend taking your car. It can take a little long sometimes but that's because they don't shortcut the attention to details no matter how many cars are waiting. We've been a customer for many years and wouldn't trust another car service to do a full service wash. read more

I've been coming here for a while to get my Porsche Boxster washed and for the most part they have done a good job except for today. I take exceptional care of my car, and this morning I left with the intention to get it washed at my usual place after I got out of class. When I popped the hood this morning it was scratch free. I got my car washed and there are two scratches on my hood. I didn't notice till I get home. I take the car back to the place to show them telling them it was my mistake I should've checked the car before leaving but this clearly happened while one of the machines was being used to spray the car down. It could've accidentally gotten too close to the car and done this, they refuse to accept their mistake. They just kept saying it couldn't have happened, it must be my fault. How can I make two scratches on my hood? At least admit to your mistake. They clearly lost all business from me. read more

Sloppy! OK, so black is a tough color to clean as it shows every little thing, but still, they left a bunch of dirty spots in various places. I was in a rush so I did not notice it until I got home. Also, as I watch them wash it, one guy drops a wash mitt on the ground half way through, and then just picks it up and carries on as if nothing happened. The least he could do is rinse the mitt thoroughly to prevent scratching. This is why I don't let anyone wash my car. During winter, when it's too cold to wash it myself, I keep trying new car wash places thinking I'll find one that actually knows what they're doing and unfortunately every time I get disappointed. I am willing to even pay premium for this service, but it seems every car wash around here just follows the same motto: "Pay cheap and get cheap service!". Stopped by Thursday August 4th at 540p. They said they already closed. I told him I thought they close at 6p according to their hours. Guy responded they have too many car to take car of. I looked inside and didn't even see a car being washed. Owner should change hours to 5p so people don't show up to get turned away. This place is awesome ! I have been going to this place couple of years now, and I have to say never had bad experience. Now one should take note that this is a hand car wash. Not your typical Turtle Wax or gas station wash and go place. So it takes time. The price is pretty comparative for equal service elsewhere. But they do a very thorough wash. There will always be line, plus a lot of dealerships will use them for their service also. Typical amount of time is about an hour. But you will not be disappointed. read more
