The laundromat is exceptionally clean, has plenty of washers and dryers, and everything was easy to use. What really stood out, though, was how welcoming everyone was. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. As campers traveling through the area, that kind of hospitality means a lot. They even offered helpful suggestions about parking and camping in the area, which was above and beyond what we expected from a laundromat. It felt less like stopping to do chores and more like being welcomed into the community. Pretended to work for 2 hours, and hauled ass out of there. One guy. 2 hours of work, quickly left, charged me SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS and HE DID NOT CLEAN MY DUCTS. I repeat, this guy is a scammer. The day after he left, I was suspicious as to why the AC was still full of dust. I have floor vents. So I went around the house sticking my hand in the floor vents. I was pulling out fistfuls of dust. So much crap was in there. Like they have never been cleaned. This guy is a classic Air Duct scammer. He may pretend to do work for 2 hours, bill you $600, and haul ass out of there. So you can remain in your house breathing in toxic clogged household ductwork AC, and he can haul ass to the next job site to scam the next Franklin NC resident out of their $600 air duct cleaning budget, too. I repeat, this guy is here to screw whoever he wants in WNC out of an honest and thorough real air duct cleaning, which is critical for the health of the house's occupants.
