Lock on toilet door has been broken for weeks! Along one wall there are 15 dryers, and 8 are out of order. My dryer didn't heat up and attendant refused to give refund. The dryer above mine was broken,too. Moved clothes to another dryer that worked--so I paid twice as much to dry my clothes. This place used to have plenty of seating, now there is less. I went there to do my laundry, like I've done for years since they opened. The manager Lisa, it's not so friendly. One day it was really hot in there, so I told her. She turned on the fans, the way it is supposed to be. But when she looked at the thermostat, apparently it wasn't hot enough for her. Lisa started cussing me out and slamming things around the laundry, giving me dirty looks from every angle possible. If she don't want to please the customers, then why is she there? Honestly, there are much better workers than Lisa. She shouldn't be manager. read more

While driving through NC we stopped by Asheville and realized we really needed to do laundry. The first laundromat we found had almost every machine out of order. Thankfully we found this one. It's clean,spacious and has plenty of machines. They even have a little coffee station. Really saves you if you're on the road. The area is so so. read more

This was my first time using a wash and fold service and based on the reviews, my husband and I thought we could trust them. We dropped off our bag of laundry on Saturday morning and they had it ready that evening. In retrospect, we were a little too trustworthy based on the reviews. I would advise anyone planning to use their wash and fold service to do the following: 1. Take inventory of EVERY item and double check at the laundromat when picking up - Conveniently, I did not get back a pair of lululemon sweats. 2. Leave clear washing instructions - My husbands grey undershirts came back orange because they bleached it. My semi-new black pants also came back extremely faded. read more

Why oh why have I been going to a different laundromat for the past 5 years? I went to Fiesta Laundry yesterday after a friend recommended it. Although the parking lot is a bit crazy and the driveway seems pretty unsafe, the actually facility is pretty awesome as far as laundromats go. The space is large and clean. The washers and dryers seem new and they are all clean. There are tons of machines too so you'll never have to wait for anything. The washing machines work SO well (especially compared to the place I've been going in the past). The specific load of laundry that I needed to wash were very stinky because my cat had pooped on them and after one short quick wash (I thought I'd have to do two), everything was super clean and smelled great. It only took 25 minutes. The dryers were also really quick. The laundromat has rocking chairs, a tv, tables and the best part, wifi! I was able to go here and get work done while doing laundry. I hate not being able to do laundry at home, but being able to bring my laptop and work made it so much better! I will definitely be doing my laundry here in the future. read more

Overall a good option for a convenient laundromat. I haven't used a laundromat in decades, but I had an excess amount of seasonal clothing to wash, and bedspreads that needed to be done quickly. The machines were clean, with only a couple washers out of commission. I couldn't find an attendant to help me decipher the controls, so I just asked another friendly patron. The machines were fast and everything came sparkling clean. I was surprised at the extreme cleanliness of the space, plus the children's play area, several TVs, coffee/tea station and the rockers are nice perks. read more

I relied on past reviews and selected Fiesta To catch up on laundry while traveling. The washers and dryers were clean as was the rest of the facility. The dollar bill change machine worked and seven minutes of dry time for quarter was reasonable to me. I would go back. Google maps will have you make a right turn before you get to the location. Go past the "make a right turn now" and then turn into the drive. The laundry sits on the back side of the building. read more

I was always told that coin laundry places were always sketch and never the best place to do your laundry. Then I found Fiesta. They have three different-sized washing machines and HUGE dryers so that you have flexible options and don't resort to cramming everything into a machine. I would be impressed if you had to cram a buttload of laundry into a Giant, their biggest washer. Also wondering why you had such a huge pile of clothing... There is always someone on the floor willing to help you if it's your first time doing laundry here. Plus, they maintain the machines and clean the whole building of any lint or dust accumulating on the floor or in the dryers. There is also a coin machine that takes 1s, 5s, 10s, and even 20s of you need quarters (which you will, of course). Another thing that makes this place awesome is not just the three TVs that you can watch (though I don't really watch much TV), but there are rocking chairs to sit on!!! Rocking chairs rock, and that's coming from a millennial! If you live in the north Asheville area and live somewhere that doesn't offer a washer/dryer, this place is safe, reasonably priced, and just great to pass the time if you bring a good read or simply watch whatever's on cable. read more

This is hands down the nicest coin-op laundromat I have ever been to. I know that might be a funny thing to say, but we haven't bought a washer and dryer yet and so we're stuck doing our laundry with quarters at the moment, so it's nice to be able to say it. :-) Bright, open space with tons of machines of all sizes. The machines and premises are super clean and well kept. Prices are very reasonable. In the washer that we've been using (which can do 20 pounds of laundry at once) it's just $2 for a cold wash. (Warm $2:25, Hot $2.50) Drying is qiuck, with each quarter adding something like 7 minutes. They offer drop off service for 99 cents a pound with a 10 pound minimum (tips appreciated). Best of all: FREE WIFI! Seriously, you can't beat having a free internet connection while you wait for your laundry. Just get the password at the drop off window. There are also snack and soda machines inside, as well as a machine that vends various laundry supplies (for not much money). Also: Rocking chairs. No, I'm not kidding. Rocking chairs. You can't beat this place for "best place to do your laundry that isn't your house." read more

Best kept secret laundromat in the area! They stay open until 11:00, have plenty of machines, very clean and neat, helpful attendant... We've been to several laundromats while searching for the right replacement (our washer died), and this is absolutely the best one around IMO. I worked at Fiesta Laundry for a year and a half until moving back 'up north' a couple of months ago (yes I'm a Yankee by birth so sue me). The owner is a great guy and that trickles down to his employees and in turn reaches the customers. It's a good crew working there and I can say I enjoyed my interactions with some of the nicest people I've met that frequented the place. Tips are allowed and appreciated btw...you don't see all the hard work that goes into keeping the place five stars and sparkling not to mention doing the wash & folds - some days one person does 200 lbs and up. This place is the diggity bomb! I've been temporarily living in Asheville for six weeks and it's been a struggle to find a good, safe laundromat. This place is big and spacious with plenty of machines. I've seen two attendants sweeping and cleaning - how great is that. And they are smart with big ole rocking chairs that you can relax and read on or watch TV. There are plenty of vending machines and change machines. They are open to 11. A totally chill vibe. While on a long road trip, needed to wash a few loads for my family. Found this place near our hotel. Went on a Sunday afternoon and found plenty of machines. Change machines were so helpful. Prices reasonable. Spent about $13 total (wash, dry, soap) for three loads. They also offered a drop off service which looked reasonable for a minimum load. The place was clean, people were nice. Rocking chairs and free wifi to pass the time. My only "but" is that it's a little hard to find as its on the backside of another store, almost missed the sign for it. So drive slow and used guided navigation. And my clothes (coming from summer camp) came out so clean! read more

I do laundry first thing in the morning so I can get in and out before it fills up. For years now they are consistently late, up to 1/2 hour late at times. By then the parking lot is full and I lost my uncrowded space. When covid hit they started opening a half hour later, at 8:00 so that the staff could have a half hour to properly sanitize the place. Not only do they not show up to do that, they still show up late to even open, 8:30 am once. I continued to go because they have good modern machines. I sent an email to the owner on multiple occasions about the situation and was always given an excuse for the problem, no apology, no action taken to correct the problem. Poor ownership, poor management, poor service. I found another place that not only opens on time but the person always shows up early and let's people in rather than waiting till 8. read more

This place is the best place to do your laundry or utilize the drop off service. The staff is friendly, kind, and attentive. The space is clean and well lit. I have done my laundry here a few times but yesterday I utilized the drop of service for the first time. I have just recently moved and had a lot more laundry than usual and not the time to do it all. So I decided I would indulge this one time. I was told they had roughly 100lbs of laundry before mine and that it probably won't even get started until the next day but to my surprise I got a call it was ready just after 9pm last night. They saved me big time since I knew I would most likely not be able to pick it up the following day due to working two jobs and not having th time. I LOVE FIesta! I live on the south side and have a very nice laundromat nearby but, I normally tend to factor in laundry day with other errands that I need to go downtown for anyway, so that I can specifically go here! I am pretty sure that I have mentioned this before but one of the little things that may otherwise go unnoticed is that their dryers are the type that will periodically tumble your laundry, after the time has expired. This keeps your clothes from getting wrinkled, if you aren't standing nearby when your dryer finishes. Common option on home dryers but I don't know if I've EVER seen this in a laundromat. Clean, inexpensive and LOTS of washers and dryers. Very convenient to downtown and plenty of places within a very short drive that will allow for a quick lunch while your laundry finishes, if you should choose to leave and come back. Oh yeah and as far as leaving laundry, 90% of the time I leave and do other things and have NEVER had an issue. :) Fiesta rocks!! read more

Best laundromat in Asheville. Lots of room and open machines that are quality to boot. Free password protected wifi. Friendly staff. Free tea or coffee for patrons. They leave the windows and doors open most of the time, which is good, except for when people smoke and it all stinks up the building. They still have done nothing to fix this and that is my only complaint for an otherwise perfect place. read more
